The sesame chicken was really good but it didn't come with rice? I've never ordered Chinese food that didn't come with rice so that was disappointing

Probably the worst Moo Goo Gai Pan I ever had. Chicken is chewy, watery sauce. It supposed to be white sauce, but they use brown sauce. First time to order food from this place, extremely disappointed.

So, Door Dash sent me a deal I couldn't refuse. But lazy so went local. Got Hunan beef combo C22 ( really good) and curry chicken 63. The C22 was so hot and fresh. Beef tender. Egg roll crunchy. And chose the chicken fried rice which ended up being my favorite of everything. The chicken and rice was fine. Veggies in both good. Neither spicy (I want spicy!). Will go back. Also-check out their lunch specials-great deal!

A standard Chinese takeout restaurant with a small dining area if you elect to eat in. There is a limited lunch menu, but the prices are extremely wallet friendly and includes a cup of soup or a soda. I ordered the BBQ pork in garlic sauce. My egg drop soup is pretty standard, but they got the salt level correct. I also appreciated the fried wontons skins that the soup, which provided both added flavor and some textural contrast. The fried rice was too oily and the rice was a bit mushy. My entrée had an interesting medley of vegetables (broccoli, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, red and green peppers, large chunks of celery, baby corn cobs, quartered mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and peas) that were well prepared. The large portion of pork was too dry and didn't impart much flavor,My server was incredibly enthusiastic and checked in to see what I thought of my meal. She also cleared tables of departed patrons and kept the dining area spotless. The dining area had a sprinkling of Chinese knick-knacks on the walls, but otherwise, the interior still looked like the Einstein Bagels franchise that previously occupied this space.

Very decent Americanized Chinese restaurant. I'm a huge fan of their fried rice. I usually order something with it like sweet and sour pork - and while I've certainly had better - it's usually pretty tasty. Madison lacks good Chinese takeout IMO but this place is pretty solid.

The Walnut Shrimp (or as I like to call it, "Honey walnut shrimp") is the best in the area. We also love the crab rangoon. High quality food and very kind staff.

I am surprised that I have not reviewed this yet. We order several meals about once a week and have never been disappointed. We were happy to see them move into the neighborhood we missed having Yen Chang since they moved out. They have one of the best fried rice in Madison. That was always a favorite of ours at Yen Chang and Great Wall is as good or better. Great fried dumplings too, so many places make them with too thick a dough, but not here. Also great Egg Drop soup.

Food trash! It's a wonder why you don't hear anyone taking about this spot. Bourbon chicken wasn't bourbon and had a weird sauce on it. Asked for chicken fried rice, fried extra dark and shrimp fried rice, they were a shade difference. my order of crab Rangoon had only a very little filling. Won't return and wouldn't recommend.

Consistently good food for pickup and delivery. Sesame chicken /general tso's is always extra crispy. Do not recommend the spring rolls but egg rolls are good. Soup is OK. Sometimes the white rice is a little over done but still overall our favorite place to order delivery on the Westside (we have a few other favorites to dine in/pick up).

The food was typical high street Chinese. Everything was too sweet for us. Nothing special. The service was good. Ordered take out through yelp. The food was ready and the lady at the counter was polite. I wish the sauces was a bit thicker and there was barely any chicken in kung Pao chicken.
