Grace Coffee - Waunakee

Might be my favorite Grace location. Really cute spot! Spacious with nice seating areas, cool decor, and lots of natural light. They always have a nice pastry selection and a great menu. I especially like the avocado toast to go along with my latte. Really nice atmosphere with great food and drink options.

A new local favorite here in Waunakee that my kids enjoy coming to. We typically come during a weekday for brunch and it's quiet and slow-paced for Mom and fun for the kids to be able to hang out on the hammocks and spend time outdoors. Pastry choices vary - the scones are great! Brunch menu has good options and the portions are more than enough. Service is also pretty good - not super attentive, which I kind of appreciate in a way. They're available when needed but not constantly hovering.It's a great spot in Waunakee!

One and Done. I had never been here before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered, paid and a tip came up. I tipped 20%, not knowing that was the end of service. Get your own water. Want ice? Ask for it. They give you a transponder so you can go get your own food. It never went off and the called two names. How was I supposed to know it was for me? After a while I figured it out and got my own food, then my own silverware, wait they were out of forks, so they offered me a plastic fork. Then I looked at my knife and it was dirty, so I went and got another. There were 11 other people in the place. I wanted butter and had to ask for it. Then we had to bus our own table. I'm getting tired of the tipping grift when there is no service offered. I paid them 20% to take my order? I should have asked for it back, I did all the work. Why don't you turn your POS around and let me do that too? At least I'd know what I'm getting into upfront. The food was average.

Delicious coffee, pastries and food, and cute atmosphere! Grace has figured out a method that works well- be prepared to spend a bit more, but enjoyable every time.
