We walked in and were greeted immediately, found a seat quickly. The veggies and fruits were FRESH not dry or looking like they'd been sitting there all day. I found the grilled steaks and let me tell you they were magnificent!! All the food was fresh and hot. We almost went someplace else so glad we didn't.

The food wasn't great. But our server Susan is an absolute delight! Susan deserves a raise, a promotion really. Other Then that, it's Golden Corral. You might get food poisoning, you might not. The style of the restaurant was typical Golden Corral as well.

Have not been to s Golden Corral in over 10 years. Although we arrived in mid afternoon, the food was still very good. A but steamed out and not hot, but certainly good enough to want to go back. We were disappointed there was no self serve water or coffee station, and it took awhile to get the attention of the minimal wait staff, but it all ended well.

Was very happy with the management at Golden Corral today. Me and my father showed up tonight September 1st 2023 at 9:15. My experience was not as great as I had anticipated, and I brought it up to the manager. Being in the restaurant Business for 10 years myself, I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. The manager was great, gracious, genuinely listened to my concerns and offered me a full refund to me and my father. I have to say I was happy to not argue with someone and with that being said I will return with my father. This manager was exceptional and he should be promoted.

I have never done this before, but my experience was so bad! Almost nothing was labeled and one of the three that were was wrong. The highlight was the garlic Texas toast... The low light was the meatloaf that tasted like dog food and chicken thigh and drumstick that was pink on the verge of bloody. The vanilla ice cream had a yellow coloring to it and looked off I was afraid to eat it. The baked potato bar was sitting next to the cold salads literally a foot from watermelon. I would never recommend or go here again! I had been looking forward to going here since I heard it was coming to Janesville!

We were visiting family and it was suggested to meet here for breakfast. I knew it was a newer place, so figured we could give it a try. Nice building, it was clean, staff at cashier stand friendly, server not too bad. Overall value was good, would have spent more at other breakfast restaurants. Only one issue----the food was COLD!! All of it. There were less than 20 people in the place and the whole line was overflowing with cold food. I am sure Golden Corral has guidelines of how much food to have out based on number of people dining. The staff here was too lazy to follow that and just filled up the full line, 2 pans of everything. Then you don't have to make more. The only hot item was the made to order omelettes however there was too much oil used to make them. You don't need 2-3 ounces of oil to make an omelette in an 8 inch fry pan. You could see the oil floating above the egg but it was hot. I feel bad for the owner of the business the amount of waste has to be staggering and they will either raise the price or close up shop. Maybe it was just that one Saturday morning but don't think we will try again to find out.

The employees are very friendly. Tables and seats sanitized after every use. Good self-identify food, veggies and desserts. Clean restrooms. I will go back again.
