Golden Chicken

I've tried the food here twice and unfortunately I have been less than impressed.The chicken barely had any meat on it. The taste of the bird was old and dry. The pizza showed up cold. The fries were soggy. Mac and cheese was flavorless. I gave it another shot because of how many great things I had heard so I hoped I'd have a better experience the second time, sadly the quality was the same. I won't be back!

Hit or miss lately. Staff is rude at times. I love golden some of the best chicken. Sometimes though my delivery is way late and cold. They have good food wish they could pull it together. Not sure what changed but not the same anymore

Chicken was pretty good, well fried but a little light in seasoning. Coleslaw and Rolls were great and service was fast and friendly. Location could use some major sprucing up as the lobby area is not at all inviting and it appears to be intentional as they don't allow eating in there. However, the patio furniture and old sketchy vending machines are just not a good look! Overall not sure if I'd make the trek again but if you're in the area I can see it being in regular rotation.

This was our first time trying Golden Chicken. Ordered a special. Chicken, Mashed potatoes, potato wedges and pizza. Everything was amazing. This was recommended by some coworkers. So we are glad we tried it. Will definitely be ordering again. Delicious Chicken!!

This Golden Chicken runs hot and cold. By that I mean one time they are spot on with the chicken, crispy crust outside and juicy inside. Next time it's over cooked through and through. I don't want to call and complain because it was delivered and took an hour or more to get here anyway. Getting another order, I'll be on the floor dying of hunger. The fries are pretty good. We like their coleslaw, it has a bit of a bite; I'm sure it has some horseradish in it. Don't order the pizza. Nothing more than what you could buy at a grocery store freezer and cooked yourself. Pretty sad in a community of authentic Italian pizza parlors.

We order a large amount of chicken (32 piece I think it is) and they always give a good assortment of the chicken. Tastes great and is still warm when we get it home. The rolls are ok, just packaged dinner rolls.

Chicken had no seasoning, fries where soggy and pizza was tasteless with cheap "sausage". So overpriced as well. I will stick with Ferraros that is always hot and delicious.

Ordered a 32 piece bucket which came with 3 orders of fries. Ordered 2 pints coleslaw and two extra fries for $80. Chicken was over cooked and dry, coke slaw was great. Too bad they forgot the fries. I will not order from them again

I placed an order Friday night and the staff told me that it will be ready in 10 minutes upon my arrival they said it would be another five minutes not a big deal as I understand that the original time quote was just an estimate. But after waiting 20 minutes in addition to the original 10 minutes it appears it wasn't a sense of urgency to push the order out the door as two people came in after me and their food was given to them and the order prior to mine went out the door and I saw my order sitting on the counter behind her order and it appears the girls behind the counter were more interested in chitchatting. I think the managers or the owners need to teach the young ladies that this is a service industry and the service industry succeeds when the customers are happy. If the food is ready get it out the door. I love Golden chicken but my experience was much less than my previous experiences with them. Owners please address this service issueOtherwise I will not be back.

Food is just okay...Definitely not as good as it use to be. Chicken wings seem to have gotten smaller. My BIGGEST complaint is their customer service I just experienced. Picked up an order that included some fries. I called them to let them know that my fries were hard and appeared over-cooked so I politely asked if they could replace my order with some fresher fries (which isn't a big loss for them). They REFUSED saying that it was because I picked up my order an extra 20min late. I explained to them that yes, I understand the the fries will be "cold" once I got there BUT that wasn't my issue. The issue was simply that I had HARD, OVER-COOKED fries in my order. They STILL refused to replace my fries with a new batch, which would have only been under $2!! As a customer, I just couldn't understand WHY they wouldn't honor such a SMALL request!?!? Because of this, they will NEVER get my service again.
