Golden Chicken

We went today for the first time. Service was honestly a 5. From phone order through pick up. Very attentive and kind. The food was meh. Chicken wasn't overcooked, but the seasonings are so blah it doesn't make any impact with flavor. We didn't care for the slaw. Again, needed vinegar, sugar, seasoning. It tasted just like plain cabbage. The fries and mushrooms were fine. Not high quality but acceptable. Overall we felt it was lacking flavor. It seems many either love it or hate it. We just thought it was meh. We won't run back soon. But it wasn't terrible. There are just better places for the price.

As a first time customer, I am not impressed. I was excited to try their chicken sandwich but that was a disappointment! The sandwich was tiny and boring. I asked if came with lettuce and tomato and they said NO.. I still ordered it, hoping the sandwich would be juicy and thick but it wasn't. I would not order a sandwich from here. They definitely need to improve their recipe. My husband got the chicken bucket and he enjoyed it. I however will not return. Save your money!

The food is not up to par! The onion rings and friends were burnt and tasted liked they were cold in old grease.The chicken was hard on and crunchy on the outside.You get no bread or rolls with your chicken and the portion size on the friends and onion I F's did no I match the price you pay. I don't think I will be getting food here againThe pics don't really detail the disappointment They just have to do much better for $25

This was by far the worst chicken I have had. I've had Walmart chicken. The price for ten pieces was outrageous. When we opened the "bucket" my first comment was "wow, this was burnt, looked dry". The skin had us choking and coughing, the chicken was so dry. I fed it to the dog and my dog eats cat poop! my husband spent an hour in the bathroom, and my kids stared at it and were very upset we tried to make them eat it. $25 for 10 pieces and a bag of fries. Do not spend money here!

Golden Chicken is very good, it is not Salty & not Greasy. And they icecream is very Yummy.

So the chicken and fries are just like any other chicken place. Nothing to rave about. I'm no Karen but- don't have a basket for tips out referencing "COVID-19 tips" but NONE of your staff are wearing masks. The hypocrisy

Ordered delivery and couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect. Delivery guy was super nice and friendly. Chicken was delicious! Lots of fries! My husband is a Cole slaw snob and he loved it. Reasonably priced for high quality food. Highly recommend!!

Ordered 2 pizza's, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. There was almost no meat on the pizza and it was cold. You get 7 little mozzarella sticks for over $7.00 and you have pay extra for the marinara sauce which isn't enough for one of the mozzarella sticks. Never again!

We ordered the Tom's Wow special. 10 piece dark- legs and thighs, tator tots, coleslaw, and mozzarella sticks. The chicken was good, but the skin was very dark like it had been left in the fryer a couple mins too long. The coleslaw was very good. Definitely the best I've ever had. Tator tots were warm but decent. And the mozzarella sticks could've been left in the fryer just a tad longer. The cheese was still firm. And the marinara sauce was ice cold like they just pulled it from the fridge.

Same as it always was. Crispy. Coleslaw was weird tasting though (hence 4 stars vice 5)...
