Gingerootz Asian Grille

I enjoyed a wonderful night out with my family. It's been a year or so since the last time I was here, and since we are a family that loves Asian food, we decided on GingerRoots. The food and service were excellent. Both me and my niece had the chicken lo mein, and my wife had the General Cho's chicken, my sister had the tofu shrimp pot, my father had the Aji tuna, and my other niece had the Mandarin chicken. We also had the calamari for our appetizer and both the chocolate and deep-fried cheesecake for dessert. The food was excellent as always.

Great food. Nice restaurant. Fair service. Easy to find. Quiet ambiance. Fair prices.

Most places in Appleton doesn't surprise me. I went and met up with a friend here for brunch buffet. It wasn't an all out buffet but they had certain menu items established. To my surprise everything from the fried rice, eggroll, soup, and appetizers were great! Fried chicken was fried to perfection. Fried rice had a nice hint of wok smokiness! I was so amazed I went back and their sushi which was decent, but every other dish that they served from their special item of "golden peking duck" was. Hit! Curry tasted great, and their padthai was wet and not dry in which I loved! Highly recommended

We had the best date night there. Our waiter Skinny was 10/10. The food was tremendous in both flavor and quantity. Skinny added an element of fun to our evening while also being prompt and professional. Definitely planning to go back!

Second time going here, would recommend!! The Nian Gao was very good. It was very spicy the first time so I got it not spicy the second time. We LOVE the Appleton sushi roll. They have a good variety of items and the restaurant is always very calm and peaceful. Our waitress was so sweet. To end our meal, we got tiramisu and were very impressed! 10/10 recommend!

Went with some friends to GingeRootz. This place has the most delicious Asian food I've ever had. My go to is sweet and sour soup. This was almost thick it had so much stuff in in - in a good wayI also had an ell roll called Caterpillar. it too was very tasty. The roll was firm and tall and. again. very tasty Both our friends had Kung Pao triple, which they adjusted to their taste. There was enough for a second meal for each. They also ordered Crab Ragoons, which were less crispy than I'm used to and I thought were excellent. My frien likes them more crispy.My husband had the cashew chicken which he enjoyed. The ingredients in the cashew chicken and the Kung Pao triple were fresh and looked deliciousThe presentation was excellent. Service was outstanding- professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.I will be back and recommend you try it too!

I came here on a first date while I was visiting in town. It's funny my date waited in the parking lot because he was worried. I was going to show up as a man. He picked this restaurant because he thought it was one of the better sushi spots in town. I'll definitely give them props for their creativity. I've noticed a lot of restaurants that are Asian in this town or some sort of fusion restaurant. I have nothing against that. I just know that when you do too many things it's not as good as it could be, if you focused on one. there was definitely a lot of rice on these rolls and it felt like it could I used a little more veggie in it. But overall I thought this was a good place and it seemed fairly popular for the area.

Food is always consistently good. Love the pepper salt shrimp! Service is attentive and reasonably priced.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Fox Valley area. Always need to go at least once when I'm here visiting.Went to order take out today - phone has been disconnected and online ordering is not available. Huge bummer. Won't be going back.

Honestly, I haven't been here in a few years -- & the kitchen impressed me, it definitely matured since I've last visited. Who ever made the sushi it was consistent & cared for... the drinks were balanced...the Cha Cha Shrimp or whatever was some serious Gas 10/10. Built our own bowl. Nice portion & all the ingredients across the board were textbook and refreshing. Usually wouldn't give a rats axx to give a review but their kitchen really spoke to my tongue this evening. Nice work. The overall layout of the restaurant does give me a slight headache though. Cheers
