We go often and there are always changing bargains and deals. The people who work there are friendly and the store is well kept up. Now and then there are prices on minor items that are higher than at the local store, olives are at the top of that list. You need to be careful. But most of the time, the prices are half of the usual store prices or even better.I'd rate them a great except now and then something out of date and stale can be discouraging. It's the bargain hunters risk. check the best by date. The usual and regular items are almost never out of stock, things like pasta, soup, stuffing, many kinds of canned goods, candy, cookies, chips, and a super large condiment aisle with things that could be used for cooking adventures, BBQ, sauces and creative seasoning.I saw another review and notes. They do take credit cards now. The variety of items is always changing. The drive is worth the fun and the adventure of the hunt.

I used to go there every couple of weeks . After Covid broke out, neither of the two employees wore masks. Customers were not told or asked to wear masks. After the last visit approx late September, Virtually NO customers or staff were wearing masks! I was surrounded by people not wearing masks or social distancing. Not worth saving a few dollars to Risk Covid 19. Spoke to the Gentleman in charge about masks per Wisconsin state requirements , he just shrugged his shoulders! I left immediately. Wisconsin's rate of Covid 19 is one of the worst in the nation!Never going back!

They do not take credit cards just checks and cash. I also know that this is not a charitable organization. But is owned by a family in Chilton. No fresh items but dented and expired items can be a bargain.

This is where you come for scratch & dent items donated by local larger grocery stores. The proceeds then are donated to the Christian church in Gibbsville. It's like taking an adventure back in time to 1960.

If you are broke, cheap or a bargain hunter, this place is an incredible find. Most grocery items are 1$ to 3$. Has lots of less common or slightly off products, sorta like Big Lots. Which makes for very fun shopping, in my opinion. Only takes cash.
