Gianelli's Pizza & Chicken Man

The service is as mediocre as you as you would expect a chicken place with a shared office. I recently ordered a chicken dinner which includes : The. Wing, Breast, Thigh and leg and the chicken is always fried to dehydration. It's always dry and you need the water from Niagara Falls to clench the thirst from the dryness of the chicken. The space isn't pleasant but the ambiance is just as plain so don't expect to walk into music and scenery.

Hmm. Reviews all over the place.I'll say this. The place is (unfortunately) in a blatantly ghetto location. They need to go somewhere else. It's in an office space as a shared "office".The online ordering setup is supposed to be locker based - didn't work (which is fine by me) and it felt like they were doing too much to avoid human contact since they're dealing with a staff shortage. As a technologist I'm empathetic, but if you can't get the tech to work right, don't use the mother fathering tech.To get the can drinks, they hand you four quarters to get it from the soda machine that's in the order area. That's ghetto - I'm sorry, but it is.Now...the food. I didn't realize the portions were to be as large as they were, so I definitely ordered too much food. I notice most of the reviews ordered chicken; I'm completely not sure why you would get chicken from this place instead of the KFC that you passed en route to get here, or JJ which is on that same block. Regardless...I did NOT get chicken.Ribs: arguably the best I've had across at least 12 states. When you hear the term "Fall Off The Bone" usually it's false advertising at the expense of your teeth...not here. You do have to watch out for bone slivers, but other than that, the ribs were EX-QUIS-ITE. Not sure how I felt about the sauce; I can only describe it as "sweet 'n tangy"...and I prefer more sweet, no tangy. Not bad, just not my thing.Lasagna: I don't know if it's because it's cheese lasagna? But I wasn't impressed. The sauce was fine, the top cheese was fine, the meat was fine (from the sauce)...but the layered cheese and noodles tasted...off. Something with the oil they used or whatever. Rolls: basically, they're hamburger buns. Not impressed.Garlic bread: overcooked. Tasted fine but way too crunchy. Almost like the bread was stale before putting it in the oven. If I didn't know better I'd swear it was microwaved.Fries: Slightly soggy and not salty enough. Crinkle cut. Not bad, just not prepared the way I prefer them (think Del Taco).In summary: I probably won't go back unless I have a craving for ribs. Everything else was either not good or "meh".

AVOID THIS NASTY PLACE, unless you want food poisoning. On 2/15/2023 my family ordered BBQ wings and pizza, hours later my daughter was on the floor vomiting from the wings (she did not eat any of the pizza). The next day, my son was vomiting as well. No one else from our family was sick since they did not eat from this establishment. I called the "manager" on 2/16/2023 to voice my concern and she stated "take the kids to the hospital". She was extremely rude and lacked empathy. Sad how this place went downhill.

Incredible crunch and salty flavor with a super moist amount of chicken meat inside each breast and wing. Keep the colesaw on ice and it tastes fantastic with the chicken meat when you run out of skin crunch. What a combo. Go here for the best carryout chicken I know in Wisconsin or California.Need a deal? Ask them for a chicken meal deal specials and you'll get everything from soda, fries, colesaw, and lots of chicken all for a great price. These days we skip the excellent fries and head straight for the gold: chicken breasts and wings nothing else.New location seems great and a bit more accessible. Hope these guys hang in there and stay in business for many more decades to come! Don't change the recipe, it's unique and excellent.

I ordered from Chicken Man on 4/1/23. I was very disappointed except with delivery time. I ordered a chicken meal deal and most of it was burnt. I couldn't eat the french fries because they were hard and burnt. I had also asked for Mountain Dew 2 ltr and the delivery guy Ben J said no you ordered a Pepsi which my husband could see on receipt it was changed to MTD on the receipt. I will order from them again because I haven't had any issues before. All that for mostly $50.00

Okay the place is take out or delivery only but, it is the best place for pizza. I drive ten miles for their pizza even though there's ten other places that are nearby to me. The service has been what you expect I call ahead and order never had a problem it's been ready on time. It's take out you don't need a lot of ambiance to pickup a pizza with that said it has none.

The food is great but if you don't receive your whole order they will not give you money back. On 12/28/24 I ordered a 24 piece with extra fries paid $60 including tip I live about 20 minutes away get my order home and all I receive was 10 pieces of chicken and my fries. Called them they told me that I could comeback and get my chicken plus some extra chicke. I declined coming back and they said they couldn't credit my card so they told me the next time I ordered I would get my 14 pieces that I didn't receive and some extra chicken. Just called today to order and receive my missing chicken and they said they would only give me a credit of $5.00. What dishonest people.

Great food 98% of the time! I mainly order the meal deal chicken fries and 2 Lt soda, always deliver all items. The chicken is great!

I'm so dissapoonted at the service I just received from Gianelli's Pizza & Chicken Man. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.Me & my family are frequent customers. It's the best pizza in town to me, actually, but I can no longer spend my money with a business who disrespects their customers the way I was just disrespected.Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, which is our usual, but decided to add on a 10 piece drummied as well, half hot, half BBQ. Ordered, paid, went back to the car, waited my 15 mins.Came back in, was told my order would be a couple more minutes and that I needed to choose one wing flavor, because per policy, they won't split wing flavors. No big deal, chose hot and sat down inside the establishment this time to wait the last couple of minutes for my food.Received my order, went out to the car and right away ripped open the wings, excited to try. While sitting in the parking lot I take a bite of the wing, and look at my wife and say, "Why was that bite so soft?" Thinking nothing of it, I take another bite deeper into the center of the drummie and that's when I tasted cold, uncooked chicken. The chicken looked fine, but it was ice cold and not cooked thoroughly on the inside.I immediately re-entered the restaurant and requested a refund from the person at the window, because my chicken was cold on the inside and I didn't want to get sick from eating it and, also that I needed to get home and didn't have time to wait another 15-20 minutes for another order to be prepared.This employee went to the back and delivered my message to someone in the back whom I heard reply. "NUH-UH, WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT CHICKEN!? I MADE THAT CHICKEN!"I then waited, and waited, while other employees came to the window to help other customers and do other tasks throughout the restaurant. I patiently waited about 10-15 minutes while hearing some employee in the back constantly talking to the other employees saying "there's nothing wrong with that chicken I made that chicken." "He just tryna get some money back." "He's mad, because they don't split flavors, so now he wanna say the wings cold." As I continued to speak back to this person and try to explain to them that I had no reason to lie and that if I had time I would like the chicken to be remade, because I was excited to try, but since I was crunched for time, I'd prefer a refund.I finally gathered the attention of the next employee that I saw walk past and asked him if I could please speak to the manager and if someone could explain to me why it's taking so long to refund me for the wings, because now my pizza is in the car getting cold!Finally the manager emerges from the back and I began to try and explain to her that the chicken was cold and that'd I'd like a refund. That's when she began to yell at me "You are a liar!!! I made that chicken!! Ain't nothing wrong with that chicken!!" ...I continued to try and explain to her that this would be a pretty pointless thing to lie about, and she continued to yell in my face, call me and liar and tell me to "get the f**k" out of her store. I did let this manager know that I was completely appalled, offended and mostly confused as to why she wouldn't just refund a customer who frequents this place 2-3 times a week without being so disrespectful.That's when she finally printed out a receipt (that I THINK shows a refund, not sure), slammed it on the table and told me to get the fuck out of her store. Rest assured, she never ever has to worry about me coming back!

I love the pizza but, it's not cut the right way the fries are super soft the chicken needs to be more crunchy but I have one question why is the ranch watery.
