Didn't even had a chance to order the food, when I walked in the server was too busy talking to people and didn't greet people as they walked in. I waited for 30 minutes without any sign of interest from the server, after 25 minutes of waiting the only cook walks out of the establishment because the server "forgot to add green peppers on the ticket" and asked him to fry some peppers. This is lowkey pathetic that a simple diner can't work properly and having the audacity to mention any % gratuity for carryout orders, in this case it's 15%. No wonder they have to "secure" employees tips.

I think restaurants are giving delivery services a bad name. The quality of the food has gone down while the prices are sky high. I got a "double" cheeseburger combo, which doesn't include a drink, and I actually had to see that there was two patties! They were so small. The fries were in a huge bag half full. I'm disappointed in all restaurants now.

Always consistent! 40 years and dozens of locations and it's always what I want. It's a diner and you take it for what it is. I never get sick from the food and know it will always satisfy my craving.

I was charged a 15% service fee when I am a big tipper. I was skipped for my order when I ordered my food before some customers came in... to be fair the lady was the only employee working that morning 10-3-2024 at 2am. The food was good and fresh off the grill the establishment didn't warn about the 15% service fee and I was not given a receipt. The place was clean and the employee was polite. Next time just keep it real and prewarn about the fee. I still tipped because 15% is not enough for an employee working by herself. Please don't skip good paying customers.

While ordering, my server said "you're really going to make me cook all that while I'm sick?" I thought she was joking, but it became clear she wasn't.. so I said I could just order eggs if the other stuff was too much. She then yelled at me to make up my mind. her mask down while cooking my food. At least the food itself was decent, but completely ruined by the server. COMPLETELY empty and it's because the people who work there hate their jobs.
