Early this morning around 2a, my husband arrived in hopes to get food. He saw they were open 24 hours and upon walking up to the door, the lights were cut off and a staff member mouthed to him they were closed. He was confused because there were other patrons inside. As he was beginning to drive off, the lights were turned back on. I'm not sure what the reasoning was behind that action, but it was very strange.

A Milwaukee area standard that did not disappoint. Simple food with only a 2 page menu with basic diner meal choices and breakfast items of course. They always seem to have well-priced specials too.We ordered a breakfast combo of eggs, sausage, hash browns, and raisin toast ($8), and a double cheeseburger platter (came with fries and a drink) for $8. All items were tasty yet average. Hashed browns could be crisper, burger could have more flavor. Fries were of the McDonald's variety.Service was very friendly so therefore, the bump up to 4 stars. Good to support your local chains.

Rent-a-Food. Thank Christ there was a rest stop on the way to Madison. The food was good, however I had noticed one of the servers counting a big stack of bills then turning around and grabbing plates of food to serve. Also the guy cooking/prepping the food had just regular street clothes, no hat or apron or anything. I saw him sitting on a counter on his phone when he didn't have any orders. Phones and money, the two filthiest things u carry. Service was good though :/

Went into order take out and was greeted by friendly staff members when I entered. There was a decent crowd and we were all greeted by a friendly staff. Ordering was easy and got my food pretty quick as well.It's your typical diner fare: burgers, soup, breakfast. But it's still darn good diner fare. You want burgers for breakfast, bam, you got it (which I did). Got the pub burger, pretty darn good. Or if you want breakfast as well, they got you covered too.Really good George Webb. Would come to this location again.

Great food and really nice service. My wife and I bring our three boys (11, 9, 7) there cuz it is always well cooked food. They are so nice to accommodate our picky eaters. One BIG reason we go there. We went there tonight for my bday.

Basic sit down counter service. Placed order, wait for food. The waitress was nice, smiled and looked at us once. She served the drinks; water and coffee. Food was slower than expected. Food quality and service were standard. Pretty much a same thing here. Our server took the check, credit card and cashed us out. She was very helpful. The highligt of the visit. My wife's hash browns were over cooked, too crispy and crunchy. They should be soft, lightly browned and chewy. Thanks server lady for taking care of us.

I ordered 2 meals - & I was so disappointed by the quality & messed up order. Hash browns with cheese shouldn't be that difficult. Hash browns came with black burned & no cheese. Cheeseburger was not edible. Again dried out, overcooked & hard to try to chew. Favor- none. In 5 minutes I put it in the garbage. Big waste of money --.Suggest a different place. It's not the " good old". George Webb's, Went way downhill.
