Had a 7:30 reservation on a Saturday night. They were quite busy. Beautiful space. Not overly noisy. We were staying at the resort so we saved this dinner for our last night. I'm glad it was so good!We started with the meatballs. The cheese included is Parmesan not mozzarella. For dinner he had a ribeye and I ordered the lamb chops. We also got the king crab Mac and cheese. I'm not a huge fan of mac & cheese, but I do like crab so I had a few bites of that, but I wouldn't order it myself. My lamb chops were amazing. I would order those again for sure. For dessert I got a bourbon ball cocktail to take back to the room. It was a very romantic evening, and I would recommend the chophouse if you are staying at the resort.

My family and I recently dined at the Geneva Chophouse and left with mixed feelings about the experience. While the food overall was good, the execution of some key elements fell short. The tomahawk steak, which should have been a showstopper, was mediocre at best. Surprisingly, the sides that accompanied it were much warmer than the steak itself, which was disappointing given the expectations for a premium cut like that. The lobster bisque lacked depth of flavor and tasted more like a creamy milk-based soup than a true lobster bisque, which was underwhelming given its description. The sides were excellent. We had sautéed mushrooms and crab and lobster mac and cheese, which stole the show and truly elevated the meal. The creamed spinach was also delightful and well-prepared.For the price, the overall value of the meal didn't quite match up to what you'd hope for in a fine dining establishment. That said, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, professional, and did everything possible to make the meal enjoyable. It's clear the staff takes pride in providing great customer care. One major downside was the adjacent bar/lounge. I had a questionable experience with the bartender that left a negative impression. I would recommend skipping it entirely and heading straight to the restaurant for a better experience.Overall, Geneva Chophouse has potential, but some improvements in food quality and bar service are needed to justify the premium price point.

Work took me to Grand Geneva Resort and Spa this week. Craving for steak, checked out Chophouse. Atmosphere was very romantic with a perfect lighting overseeing the Lake. My server was Danielle, she was awesome and make good recommendations. Started with Lobster Bisque, wished the serving was bigger, LOL. Wagyu was only 6oz but packed with flavor and instantly melts in your mouth, followed by Foie Gras, which was amazing and very fatty. Not your everyday meal but it was so good. I finished off with the chocolate blackberry cake. Overall, meal was excellent and worth a return trip.

Every year we dine at the Chophouse during GaryCon and this year for Founders and Legends as I am a guest of these shows We always look forward to eating here and it seldom disappoints! They accommodated extra add on's to our table reservation and also half way through our meal! The service was wonderful and everyone had a great meal! The Steak was cooked perfectly even if I didn't get a photo because I was too busy eating it! We had a table for 6 that became more like 10+ probably because we sat at the prime people watching table where we can watch them walk by but also they can see us!

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere & GREAT DRINKS! Steak tasted a bit burnt on the outside , but temperature was perfect. Which was a bit odd, otherwise everything was super good. Will be coming back again soon :).

Food was excellent. The drinks were perfect and the staff were very nice. Our waiter was efficient although there was just something a little off. He never really answered the questions almost like he was faking an oral exam in school. No worries the meal was delicious and the view was perfect.

The food and service are excellent, but for the price point, I wouldn't return for the experience. Our bill for three was over $400 and that included only two glasses of wine (and cold mashed potatoes). When you are paying over $50 for an entree (that doesn't include sides), and very small pours of wine hovering around $20 a glass, you don't want to be seated next to a bunch of middle-aged men wearing hoodies, or near floor to ceiling internal windows that look out onto dozens of shouting children returning from the pool, endlessly sprinting past. At this price point, you expect a nicer overall experience and ambience. A dress code and some curtains on the internal windows would elevate the place to what you would expect/usually find for a restaurant of this price point.
