Gehrings Meat Market

I'm part of a co op and we have our meat processing done here. The cuts and quality are always top notch. The flavors and spices they use for smoking and preparing the sausages and smoked ham are amazing! We ended up with pork chops, bacon, ham, sausage, anduch more.

This is a really awesome little shop with a BIG meat selection. So far I have purchased 2 half pigs and a quarter of beef not to mention the other fabulous beef sticks, cheeses, brats and breakfast sausages that I have tried. Their meats are so much better than the grocery store. This is what real food tastes like. I can't say enough for the friendly service from this family run shop. You just don't see places like this much anymore.

Can't speak about service or Ambiance, but their meats are featured at the Stout family farm, Hubertus and are the best I've tasted as a home cook. Whole meat cuts have the best marbling. Ground meats blended just right and the poultry is top notch. Can't wait to make the pilgrimage to their store. 4 star is only cause I haven't been in their store.

Awesome meat market. Very nice staff and great selection of quality meats. Everything is fresh and is the staff is helpful. Also good location and easy to find. Right of the major highway and just a short way down highway K. Will definitely be going back!

Gehrings is a local little kept secret - highest quality and service, locally owned. Try their Green and Gold brats if you like a spice with your brats. Hot dogs, don't let your kids eat one - they will never accept a replacement to Gehrings. Hot dogs are awesome flavor! I ordered pork rack of ribs - can't wait to smoke them! Great prices and second to none service!
