Good food for what you're ordering. Remember customer service is still important. I know it's really hard in the hood to be nice, cause no one has manners. But when someone does have manners and they reach out to you, we recognize it. Cheers to your company's success.

The burger and fries were good. My fried chicken was very very dry and not meaty. Part of our order was missing too. Not a great first experience.

Horrible, please don't go here their food is awfully nasty, customer service is rude and they cheat you out of your money. They use to be ok, but I lately they have changed to the worst.

I order from this place often and today on March 1st 2019 the girl that's answering the phone placing delivery orders was the rudest lil bitch ever now I really want to cancel the entire order I called back to speak with a manager and they never got on the phone I'm so pissed right now I'll never order from y'all again, get better ppl before y'all get shut down I wish I didn't have to rate y'all at all y'all would get the big #0

My family usually has a good experience with you. Today I tried calling to place an order for delivery and it took 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. When I did call the young lady was very short and not very professional. I was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes when I called at approximately 4:45PM. I called after realizing that our food had not been delivered and was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to see if our food would be delivered soon. My husband tried call as well and neither of us could get an answer. We got in our car to drive to the Fond du Lac location and the delivery guy calls me at 6:08 telling me he was in front of my house. I called my home to let my other family members know they were there. I really do not think we will order from your business anymore if this is the way you treat customers. Customer service is of utmost importance and if the customers cannot be served in a timely manner and if you cannot answer your phone, then that for me is absolutely a deal breaker.

I would never in my life go here again. I wish i could truly give less than one star. This place is on the corner of 27th and fon du lac where John's Red Hots used to be. The renovation of the building looks nice and secure unlike how Johns used to be.Now, I'm all about supporting out local businesses and all, but now when its not right. The cashiers, cooks, owners all of them were so rude. While i was waiting on my food there was music being played in the lobby so to speak that was extremely profane. What if i had my kids with me? Is that age appropriate? Is it courteous? I think not.The final straw was that i waited for nearly 25 minutes on 6 pieces of chicken. To make matters worse when i asked the cashier guy what was up with my food he said its coming up right now, i looked over his shoulder to take a peek at the cook and i was shocked. The cook took his bare hands no gloves and stuck in the fry basket and put in on a tray for me to eat. Right away i asked the cashier why would the cook do this? He look surprised and said "uh what? You want some more fries" I said shit no! gimme my money back.Never again...... and you shouldn't either.

I ordered delivery through grubhub. I made several special orders and everything came right. And everything arrived! A great start. The food was still hot and fresh, crispy french fries, good poppers and cheese curds. The gyro I ordered was tasty. Cheesesteak was tasty.Basically, I'm happy. I will order from them again.

I wish I could give less than one starr. This place is horrible and ghetto NOT fabulous. For starters, it took over an hour for my food to get delivered. A driver by the name of TG had my food and was very rude. When I called and asked about my delivery, he threatened to throw my food on the porch! The manager Lina is no better. She is very rude and bitchy! This may be the reason why her driver is that way. Monkey See Monkey Do. Their customer service skills are horrible and they need to try it all over again. Food felt like THE NORTH POLE and was SLOWER DEN MOLASSES. I live less den a mile away. I went to get my food and it was on the porch and the driver was in his truck. I will never order from here again and would not recommend them.

Waited almost two hours. Hair inside plate. The inside of plate is nasty. And looks like someone ate some of the fries . Food looks cold and fries soggy. Fried Chicken

Good food, good prices, horrible caveat: you might not receive your order.I've ordered from Fryerz online twice. The first time went well, everything was great! The food came on time, it was as ordered, and it was delicious.The second time Fryerz failed to deliver and could not be reached. We tried their number from multiple different phones several times and we could not connect with them. At no point did they call us, at no point did they cancel the order. After over three hours of being 'on the way' (over four hours since we'd ordered) we contacted the online order provider and they cancelled and refunded the order for us.There's little reason to take gamble on receiving food when there are so many other good restaurants in a similar price range in Milwaukee, so unless you like gambling I would recommend that you pass on Fryerz.
