This is such a super cute spot with DELICIOUS croissants. They also have some really unique drinks and flavors. It feels small, but there's a back room where they have a decent amount of tables which are perfect for those who want to study - and good outlets!!! The staff/workers are very friendly and helpful. Be patient with them especially if there's only one person working. Overall I am dying to come back to check out the other yummy pastries.

Love this little spot in Elm Grove!I've been here on a couple of occasions. Once to grab some coffee to go and on another occasion to sit, sip, and enjoy with my main dining companion. It's great for both!I discovered this spot when I was searching for coffee nearby after a nearby dental appointment. It's a bit of a hidden gem, but I found it easily enough using navigation. Simply park at the The Village Court in Elm grove and check out the directory at the entrance to the courtyard area. You'll find Fresh Baked listed and their suite number. It's basically straight across the courtyard toward the back. They have a variety of pastries and a robust coffee menu. I opted for one of the specialty espresso beverages both times I was here and both were delish. On my second visit, I also ordered their quiche lorraine and my dining companion got their chocolate brioche. Both were outstanding (I may have stolen a bite of the brioche!).They have some casual, comfy seating up front as well as some tables toward the back. We found a table right by a window in the back and watched a cardinal, some plump robins, a woodpecker, and more wildlife in the trees right outside the window. We were utterly charmed.Get to it!

This is a sweet and comfortable little cafe in a quiet part of Elm Grove. It shares a sweet and cozy courtyard with a few other businesses, with wonderful shady trees, tables, and a serene atmosphere. Inside is comfortable and spacious--I could definitely see working here on an afternoon and enjoying some of their unique coffee drinks and croissants. It's a spot that seems mostly filled with locals, but if you are looking for a spot to take a break in Elm Grove, stop in here.

First time here this morning and it was everything I wanted it to be and so much more! The baked goods are indescribable. Words cannot articulate how lovely they were! Fresh, just the right amount of sweetness. The blueberry croissant *chef's kiss*. I opted for the cinnamon roll latte and I am not disappointed in any way! Definitely will be back. Now if only could only convince them to open earlier on the weekdays so I can swing by before work.....

I come often and it's always a great experience. I read some of the reviews, and I think they are written by people that goes nowhere and don't support small businesses. The prices here at fresh baked are the same than any fresh made croissant in the area. Mequon, fox point, or at the corners. Of course Costco is cheaper, but it's not the same! Even starbuuuuccckks is expensive for baked good mass produced and over processed.

What an adorable little place! It's the perfect spot for meeting a friend to catch up or to get a little work done. They have a large variety of coffee. Plus the croissants are to die for! The flakey buttery goodness is unreal. Melt in your mouth deliciousness. If I could have one for breakfast daily...I would. They had both savory and sweet. The chocolate peanut butter was the best. Friendly staff and quick service!

The Fresh Baked Cafe site in Brookfield has not "claimed" its Yelp reviews yet so I'll post mine on here. With other locations in Oconomowoc and Elm Grove, this coffee shop with French-style bakery is trying to make a go of it by offering pastries of a quality not found in the area. Granting that the presentation and taste are wonderful, some reviews at the older locations have questioned why the stores aren't more popular. Sticking only with the croissants which are great, price alone is a deterrent. At $4.25 per croissant the level of quality is hardly 10 times more than Costco's croissants at 50 cents apiece (in a box of 12). I'm a great supporter of local businesses and I appreciate Fresh Baked's selections that others don't have, but unless I need to prove to a French friend that Paris's pastries have nothing on Milwaukee, I won't be back.

Been waiting for a day off to get to this place as they open at 8 AM. Nice set up with plenty of comfortable seating. Croissants are fluffy fresh and a nice size for sharing. A little pricey for my budget but I understand rising food costs and labor-intensive products.

My kids and I are always looking for cute places for a quick bite in the morning. We heard about Fresh Baked Cafe and needed to try it out. We're so happy we did. They have delicious croissants. My girls had plain and I had almond. I have to say the almond croissant was the best one I've ever had. Flakey top and a almond soft middle. It satisfies every craving I had for a yummy pastry. I also grabbed a small coffee. They have many more options but I opted for simple this morning. If you are in the area definitely check it out. The interior decor is cute and warm, and the staff are very friendly. Grab one to eat there and grab a another to go. You won't be sorry! I was going to get a picture of my croissant but it was gone too fast! I love this place - as did my kids. We can't wait to go back.

What a hidden spot in Elm Grove! It's very spacious and inviting, with lots of places to sit and do work. Service is kind and friendly. We ordered a latte and a Honey Lavender latte (both with almond milk) and a Coconut Chai. The normal latte was disappointing, a bit watery with no foam, but my brother enjoyed the Honey Lavender Latte. The Coconut Chai was absolutely delicious, though. We also ordered a Peaches and Cream Cheese Tart, which was pretty good to me although my brother wasn't a fan. However, a $1.75 milk substitution was absurd to me, the highest I've ever seen (I used to think $1.25 in Baltimore was robbery). But overall, the ambiance and space made this place worth the priciness.
