22 hour slow roasted Prime Rib - Daily.Repeating - 22 hour S L O W roasted PRIME RIB - DAILY.My wife found this place on our way back from skiing on a cold January day in 2025. We try to find nice places near the expressway (I90/I39) on our route back down to Illinois.This is located on the main street in downtown Milton, Wisconsin. It's a building which dates to the late 1800s.The interior is dark, with wall hangings and dividers - the center divider is literally there to support the roof as the span is so wide. We walked in and were seated promptly, and served with a basket of bread and their maple and cinnamon butter spread.My wife ordered their surf & turf special, which was comprised of a 10 ounce Prime Rib cut with three crab-stuffed shrimp, while I had their King Cut 14 ounce Prime Rib and a baked potato.The dinners came with salad, which was a nice spring mix - see the picture.I was going to order the filet, but the 22 hour slow roasted Prime Rib was too good to pass up.Service was solid, the wine list was very good with several good titles and low corkage contrasted with other steak houses. We even got to meet one of the owners, and learn a little about the work he had done. Recent updates included a new ceiling, and renovation of both bathrooms.Honestly, this place has a lot going for it for a short trip off the expressway. Make plans to go to Milton and try out the Prime Rib.

We always have great service at Fredrick's! This time, we had an emergency back home right before we ordered our dinners, and our server got our order ready and we were on our way with our delicious food to go.The bar staff is very friendly and even remembered me (and we don't get there that much, so it was remarkable!) since our last visit.Cute place with great ambiance and wonderful food.

The food was great- between the two of us, had the prime rib and filet. Prime rib was one of the best have ever had. The filet was cooked well but didn't have a lot of flavor, but I am a filet snob and am often not pleased ( I need to order something different). Got three shrimp on the side and they were great and huge! Side salad was nice and onion rings were very nice. Wish our server was more friendly. She didn't greet us, didn't smile the whole time we were there and made us feel like a bother. The bus girl was much more friendly- she should be a server!

The prime rib was very good. Was a bit of a drive from Janesville but worth it. Nice place in a small town. Would I come back? Yes, if I find myself back in Wisconsin and nearby, I'll come back.

Waitress didn't even know about menu food was mediocre. Hard pass. All around. They claim to be accessible we had someone in a wheelchair and it was extremely difficult to get in and out

While there was nothing special about the interior of this restaurant, my steak was excellent and the service good.

All around an exceptional experience! Nice supper club vibe! Great bartender with great drinks, especially the old fashions! Excellent service. Food was phenomenal and included fresh warm bread with homemade flavored butter. The baked French onion soup was amazing and the Prime Rib was cooked to perfection, minimal fat, and extremely tender! Will definitely be back!

First off, best service I have had at a restaurant. The food was like WOW Soooo good. Prime Rib was cooked to perfection and the cocktails were perfect. What a great night out. Also didn't hurt that the owner came out and thanked us for choosing his restaurant for dinner.

me and my 13 kids went here and i ate cheeseburgerMy second time there. The first experience was so good we (my daughter and I) came back. I jumped off the edge of sanity and ordered the "Emperor" cut prime rib so I could bring some home to my husband. It was listed on the menu after the "King", so I expected it to be large, but it still surprised me with how big it was. This bad boy was 4" thick! I have never ordered such a big steak before, and I laughed so hard when she brought it out! Soooo worth it! I would love to know who supplies their meats because it was the one of the most tender and delicious prime ribs I've ever had! Top quality! Seasoned and cooked to perfection as well.
