It's been a decade the last time I was here, the prices are much more reasonable than other farmers markets in the city there's more variety in the produce selection compare at the farmers market around. My favorite booth is Vi Nai Cafe one word Stuffed Chicken wings.

Appreciate their safety measures during covid; all patrons and sellers wearing masks. Booths are well spaced apart. Lots of fresh produce and friendly people! Good variety of other products too depending on the day you go.

A lot of food!!! Like 40-50 tables. 3$ flower boquetes, and nice sellers. There was a lot of repetition in the vegetables being sold but still a great little market to check out

This is another one of Milwaukee's great farmers markets, but I feel like this one may not get its due. The market is large and covered to protect from rainy weather. There are a lot of vendors and selection, plus you'll find specialty items like soaps made with ingredients from Africa and great hot food items to fill you up.Throughout the year, they host events and fundraisers, including a dinner at their farm in Cedarburg with great food prepared by local chefs. At the market, I attended a pho making contest. It was a blast and the pho I bought was the wining bowl, and it was amazing. The short rib took it home for the win.Don't overlook this market. The selection is great and you'll find the prices more agreeable than the other markets in town. If you haven't been to Fondy Farmer's Market, go!

I had the pleasure of working at Fondy w/ WIC handing out food samples this weekend. This market has a good vibe with lots of cheap produce. So much variety that I didn't even know what a lot of the stuff was. The hot ticket item seemed to be the large bags of greens everyone was carrying. It is heavy on the vegetables and greens since not much fruit is grown in Wisconsin. I did find some juicy raspberries though. They have some pretty legit food they sell at the front of the market too like stuffed chicken wings, crab rangoon, egg rolls, fried fish, thai soup, etc that is also very reasonable. Definitely worth checking out!

A beautiful asset to Milwaukee in so many ways. Fresh, locally sourced produce, herbal products, plants and flowers, freshly prepared food from a variety of cultures, zumba, cookoffs, kid's entertainment, you name it! The prices are always reasonable and everything is oh so fresh. I usually come home with enough produce to share/trade with neighbors and friends, including a Christmas tree-sized bush of collard greens each week and some of the best strawberries I've ever had in my life. They also accept WIC and QUEST which says a lot about their stance on availability of fresh foods no matter what you make, where you live, or who you are (freaking awesome!). I have only been in the city for two years, and I truly appreciate the way that this place breaks down boundaries between people in ways that other places do not seem to do (or even try to). If only you were year long, Fondy Food Market!!!!

I love this market. With tons of fresh produce on the super cheap and tons of selection to booth, this famers market is a dream for anyone who likes to cook, eat vegetables and fruits, or just eat in general. They're open multiple days per week - unlike many other markets! - and they're also open much later in the year than most everyone else.I bought the HUGEST bag of mustard greens for three dollars. The bag didn't even fit in my fridge.Seriously... less than 15 bucks total for:-6 red peppers-a crapton of mustard greens-6 gorgeous heirloom tomatoes-a huge bushel of Thai basil-Thai eggplant-carrots-there was something else but I can't remember now...Fondy's Farmers Market is centrally located on Fond du Lac Ave not far of the North and Fond du Lac intersection. Support local farmers and your local community by purchasing food grown regionally and locally. Walk your talk by checking out a part of town + market that you may not already be familiar with, too!Five big, huge, awesome stars.
