Flannery's Bar & Restaurant - Fire Ridge

My wife and I have been going for years and last Saturday our experience was awful. Fish tacos were not fresh. Medium burger was borderline edible. Charged wrong for drinks on drink menu. Charged 5.50 for a side salad that was a replacement for chips or fries.(about .50 worth of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato and cucumber.) And when brought to the servers attention she was really rude. Manager made an adjustment on drinks and salad. The table next to us sent 2 of their meals back for being undercooked and cold. One was sent back twice. I would understand some mistakes with a full house but there were only 5 tables full on a Saturday night at 6:30. I really hope they find their way and turn it around.

Went to Fire Ridge a few Fridays ago, with my girlfriend, for a fish fry. We stood at the hostess stand while the young, arrogant hostess kept walking past us, with no acknowledgment that she would be with us. Finally seated, I ordered the cod with potatoes pancakes. This food was infused with so much old grease that it pooled on my plate. By far the worse fish fry. I cannot speak for their other food but if they would allow this food to leave their kitchen then I'm sure the other food is bad as well. Quite sad that people allow these horrible restaurants to continue by patronizing them. Demand better by not going to these restaurants.

5 - Star Burgers! Seriously mouth watering 1/2lb patties of delicious angus beef cooked to your liking (medium rare is truly pink and delicious with hints of medium gray at the edges)!Steaks, prime rib (Saturday), and fish are all great, but not quite 5 stars so it gets 4. Still, all you can eat crab legs on Thursday nights are fantastic but they'll set you back a bit.

An excellent place for a wedding reception! The wall of windows overlooking the lush golf course in the banquet room makes a perfect backdrop! Staff was very accommodating before, during & after our event. The guests I heard from said the food was delivered to all at their table at the same time. Food was hot, the veggies were crisp-tender, the tenderloin was perfectly cooked & the chicken cordon bleu was freshly made that day, moist & tender. Bar staff kept up with orders all night & even improvised drinks for those that couldn't decide. Great job!PS they even arranged for a shuttle service for guests staying at hotels in the area so they didn't have to drive to & from the reception.

Yummy bloody mary, excellent tenderloin medalions, and great pasta. Service was good and fast. Only thing that could have been better was the cajun flavored pasta ..not really cajun or any spice. Reasonable prices and a nice kids menu. I really liked the variety of choices on the menu but the menu was hard to read.

Great place to eat. I don't golf so I couldn't tell you about that. We've stopped several times to eat. Food was good.

My husband and I have dined at Flannery's on a Friday night twice in the last 3 months. Their baked cod is to die for, if you like healthy food. The baked cod comes with freshly sauteed, crispy veggies. The selection of sweet potato fries for the potato is outstanding! Clam or crab chowder is excellent here. It may be a bit noisy sitting at a table in the area near the (non-smoking) bar, but it is quieter sitting in a booth. Dinner for two with a draft beer and no dessert, with tip, runs $40. A great value, excellent food.

Not a very good brunch and there bloody mary's are tasteless. Pretty much tomato juice and vodka with lemon, lime and green olive. Two sips and couldn't drink anymore.

Best wings around! They are on special on Wednesday nights I always have wonderful service and food anytime I come to flannerys!

Went to the mother's day brunch today. I walked in and was immediately overcome by the stench of smoke and perfume. You'd think the smell of food would be what first greeted me. But this place clearly hasn't been cleaned since the no-smoking law went into effect. I was willing to overlook the stink since the family was there and we were looking to have a good time. We sat and there was food on the floor by the table that we had to pick up because employees weren't stopping for it. It took forever to just get water to the table. And after asking for more napkins it was another long wait.The food itself was... maybe okay. I liked the Belgian waffles with warm strawberries. But the bacon was disgusting. Soggy bacon that shared a pan with sausage. The experience was awful. There are so many comparably priced brunches in the area with much better service and food. We will not be returning.
