First Watch

We visited late morning on a Wednesday and while it was not packed, it was surely busy. We were greeted and seated immediately and our server arrived quickly. I had the original Eggs Benedict with potatoes, and my friend had the Trifecta, both of which were delicious. I mentioned I would be using my birthday gift of a BOGO (for giving them my info) and they also brought a delish Blueberry Muffin with whipped cream. The presentation was darling!But the most impressive part of our visit was the kindness and generosity of the GM, Jesse A., who donated me a gift card for an upcoming fundraising event at the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. The kindness he showed was honest and greatly appreciated. He is a wonderful representative of First Watch and his response alone tells me this place should be honored and supported with our business. Thank you so much, Jesse.This location is fully accessible and the parking is easy. In the warmer weather, the outdoor seating will be wonderful. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the sound level makes for easy conversations.

I have dined at this location several times following my initial review and wanted to update my post. This location has really smoothed out their rough spots. The food and the service are consistently above average. I can always count on a good meal and experience when dining here.

Loved the food! The kids pancake is HUGE! Their holiday menu had delicious bacon and breakfast tacos. I also liked the iced coffee. Service was great too. I would definitely come back!

Great lunch spot! I particularly love the half-soup/salad/sandwich deal. Such delicious food for a great price.

Arrived around noon and the parking lot looked full, thinking a long wait. We checked in and were seated in about a minute, nice surprise. Waitress Chloe arrived almost immediately with coffee and help. Nice fluffy pancakes, potatoes were done perfectly. I had the Million dollar bacon special: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup water, 8 slices baconNice! My partner had the soup and salad combo she thought was great.Chloe suggested the Kale Tonic. Hmmm. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and ordered it. Great flavor and I would get again. A little weird having this tonic with breakfast and coffee.All in all a great experience and looking forward to another visit.And a shout out to Chloe our waitress... she was sooo good!

This place has terrible service. Both times I have been here, the service was totally lacking. Slow to get initial servixe. Slow to refill. Slow to fulfill order. My advice? Go to a local establishment like good eats or the cross

Love this place! Every time it's excellent. The food is so fresh and interesting. Service is always excellent. Best breakfasts around.

Glad that a great breakfast establishment is now open in the Pewaukee area other than fast food restaurants. Service was great with minor kinks to work out like double checking on refill of drinks etc. Seating for two is kind of odd in one area since it seams like you're seating in a " hall way "Overall I'd be back to try lunch

Second visit to a First Watch, this time the one on Capitol Dr. in Pewaukee, Six of us had breakfast together, all making different choices. I had a summer special, the Breakfast Carnitas de Tostada, which was excellent. There's no question about whether a chain can surpass a local favorite in terms of creative choices, number of options, generous servings and healthy ingredients. First Watch outdistances Milwaukee's old favorite Blue's Egg by a long shot. Savannah is a great server. Location is a bit odd with the access off of a back road, but outdoor seating allows you to watch the cars go by! (grins)

Been here a number of times. Food and Service have been great every time. Very consistent food quality
