The cheese curds were soggy and very cold. The fries were frozen on the inside. The manager tried to help at first, but walked away when we were speaking to her. Our server immediately could tell our feelings were hurt by the rude gesture, and tried to cover for her boss. The server did great, she truly tried to make sure our experience was better. Atmosphere could be pretty cool, disappointing menu and manager behavior.

Docked our boat on a Saturday afternoon and walked into this massive steamboat looking thing! Was pretty interesting inside! Had the Buffett which was ok, I liked the ambiance the most.

Arguably Winneconne's pride and joy. Supper club, banquet hall and river cruiser. On Wolf River it is a beautiful place in the summer to sit in the patio. Their menu has everything from steaks to sandwiches. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was delicious. The waitress was helpful and friendly. I ordered some poppers and a burger. I love this place because you can go in your jeans and be comfortable but if you want to get dressed up for a night on the town with your honey this place would work too. Cozy and intimate setting will give you the atmosphere you want. They also have a banquet room and a fun paddle boat you can rent for a dinner boat cruise. I will definitely be back.

Let me start with the food was great and reasonably priced. The downfall was the service. We went there on a Sunday afternoon about 2 o'clock. We stood at the reception desk while the girl was on her cell phone. We stood there several minutes till another server came looking for something. Neither waiter acknowledged us. The one with the cell phone looked up and asked "for 2?" We were seated by the window with a nice view. Only one other table was occupied. Drink and food order were taken. The food arrived. We had a long wait to get our check at the end of the meal. She was running around checking ketchup bottles and glasses were clinking behind me. The server was not terribly friendly and had a towel sticking out of her back pocket. Thought it was strange for a waiter. When we left, there was no thank you come again from anyone. It is sad the service was so-so because the food was delicious.

Stopped with 7 family members on Sunday afternoon. Seated right away on the patio. Music was good, waitress had a lot of personality and made it fun. Food was decent, with the exception of the seared ahi tuna which was excellent! Next time, more of our group will be ordering the tuna. Hubby also loved the boneless Cajun wings.Thanks Kristen for the great service

Unfortunately it's a limited destination on the river ... but the food is a 3 star at best. It was our first return trip this season. After last yr.,we said no more. Well... definitely no more now The worst thing was being greeted with ... take any table that isn't dirty ! She was correct. Most diners were on the deck. 3 tables of inside customers and a Big GARBAGE can was in the middle of the tables in the dining room. ( I'm not sure inspectors would approve) The hostess was also the server and bus the tables person. Shame on the management in not better staffing on a nice day for boating . The food was ok but the soup was so salty, the salad bar was mostly mayo based salads that made me wonder about safety and freshness It could be a great and fun destination if the service and food quality was better.

Positives:1. Very cool location, nice view, and they understand their seating well2. Our service was very efficient and very pleasant and she had a good sense of humor3. The salad bar appeared to be fresh, tasted good and the mushroom soup was really excellent.4, The variety of the menu was top-notchNegatives:1. Perch is not easy to get where I live and I was excited to order it. However the perch was so dry and tasteless it was stunning. I liked the meal and the restaurant but the perch should not have left the kitchen.

Amazing service. Ashleys the best bartender ever! The atmosphere is so relaxed and its a perfect spot to watch the water and have a great meal.

First time here with hubby, just wanted to sit outside on the water and have a few drinks. It was busy on a beautiful Saturday, but we found a table right away out on the back deck. Our server acknowledged us w/in maybe 10 min, and again, and again. Finally stopped at our table to take our order 20 min after sitting. It was at least 45 minutes before we had our first drink delivered. We immediately ordered another one thinking it was going to take a long time. It did, another 25 min for that one. She looked stressed and busy, so we didn't get mad, but I don't think we would go back.

2nd time coming here and it took us 2 hours to get our food! Nope! Don't go if your not prepared to be here for 2 hours. I get your on the water but we came later when it wasn't busy this time and still.. 2 hours for dinner.
