Ferch's Crafthouse Grille

A little disappointed in my latest visit. Was waiting to write a review in case things improved, but sadly they haven't. Stopped in on a weeknight around 6 and it was fairly empty. Maybe a dozen customers and four employees. Even though we sat at the bar it took awhile for someone to acknowledge us, and then longer to receive our drinks and place our food order. Considering they weren't that busy it was a bit confusing.You get a large portion of whatever food you order which is nice, but the flavor was pretty lacking in my French Onion Soup. The onions also seemed raw and not caramelized at all. The side order of tots was enough to feed a small area, but I had to ask for more ketchup since it was brought in a cup and there was no bottle available. Ambiance is still nice and is your classic Wisconsin sports bar type establishment. I'm used to the old days though when this place was packed and you had to yell to hear each other. A little sad the way it's kind of tapered off over the years.

Cocktails were fantastic and food on point. The lights were a bit bright for my liking but aside from that a pleasant experience. Cozy spot with friendly people

Becky was our server& she was awesome!! Knew the beer specials & the food.Kona beer was very refreshing on a warm evening. Black&Blue flatbread was outstanding!We'll definitely return

Very strange that a bar/restaurant had only 5 patrons an hour before a Sunday Packers game. Service was great and should be with hardly any patrons The BYO Burger was awesome but the cup of clam chowder wasn't the greatest that I've tasted which I didn't even finish. For all I know it could of been left overs from two nights ago. The beer list looked goodI'd probably come back if someone suggested this establishment

We walked into Ferch's Crafthouse and there was no one at the door so we walked up to the bar to inquire about seating and service. The bar tender looked at us and walked in the opposite direction. She glanced our way a few times but did not acknowledge us. We stood at the bar for a few minutes hoping to be greeted but to no avail. Finally, when we realized the bartender had no intention of interacting with us so we left. We'd heard good things about this place and are disappointed at how we were ignored.

All dishes were prepared with good quality ingredients. Our party of four ordered two flatbreads, steak street tacos and a Korean cheese steak. Everyone was satisfied. Service was excellent and the patio was delightful. Bathrooms were clean and the decor of craft house had a good ambiance. Impressive selection of beers. First time visit from and will come again when in town.

I thought that I check this place out finally since it replaced world what ever and have a drink because I really don't care for the food menu because it's small and bar food. It was a lazy Sunday so I thought a Bloody Mary sounded good before going out to lunch. The place looks pretty much the same except the tap handles are all the same wood looking. The place has a nice covered outdoor patio and was completely empty at 12:10 on a Sunday afternoon, bad sign. The young guy working the place gave me some menus and I said I'm only having a drink and I ordered the $8 Bloody Mary with all the fixings the menu states spicy. For all the fixings it was pathetic looking with 2 olives, thin strip of celery and a pickle. The olives were mushy and funny tasting and the pickle was not a good tasting one either as a pickle lover. The spicy Bloody Mary was good and everyone makes them different but it was spicy and tasty.I paid with a $20 spot and got $11 back on my $8 drink so I looked at the on line menu and just like the in house menu the bloody is only $8 so I got over charged even if you add any Wi tax on the $8, did I pay a $1 more for spicy ? If so that's a first.

Called to make a reservation as we were in town with a larger group. The lady that answered the phone was polite and took our reservation and informed me that with that large of a group(30) we would have to pay it all on one ticket. I told her "that is bad business in my opinion" and said ok we will figure it out.About 5 mins later the Owner of the restaurant called back to enforce that we had to pay it all on one ticket. I said "ok, but in my opinion that is bad business". He then went off and starting immediately cussing me out over the phone trying to degrade me and my party in anyway possible.We never ate here and never will. This guy should be ran out of town or go to anger management class!

First time trying this spot out in Tosa. The coffee & drinks, 10/10. The food, not so hot. The spinach & artichoke dip tasted like warm yogurt. The wings were a solid 6/10 until a long piece of blonde hair was found wrapped around the drum (pictured). While, I am disappointed, I may consider coming back strictly for drinks and tater tots. The service was great, however, and I appreciate the team for being accommodating. Do with this what you will!
