Trust me! You have to come try this place. My family and I finally got up early enough that we can get over here and have breakfast. Driven by it a ton of times in the afternoon but they're only open till 11. We get there and it looks like it's filled with a bunch of locals who are obviously regulars, but we were quickly seated and greeted by the nicest woman. Food was all great but you have to try the cinnamon roll French toast. Trust me even if you don't like French toast you will like this. Also make sure you visit the bathroom "outhouse". My son was laughing so hard when he came out of the bathroom. This is my new breakfast place

FARM TABLE CAFE GARDEN PRAIRIEFirst off, I absolutely hate that I have to actually give them a star, as they sure didn't deserve one.We arrived at 10:55.Our food wasn't served till 12:15.That's entirely not acceptable.Secondly, my husband ordered biscuits & gravy. The "biscuits" looked like hockey pucks. Did I mention that the bottoms were burnt? Not just well done, these jokers were WELL DONE!So the waitress comes over, we tell her that they're too burnt for consumption (you could taste the burnt)...she shruggs her shoulders and says "okay?...and??"We were like you need to fix this.She says, "well I guess he can make it over."With that, 10 minutes later, here comes the "bus girl" carrying a plate of biscuits, puts it on the table & starts to leave, "whoa, wait a minute... excuse me...he had gravy on his biscuits", to which this snotty little girl says "if I go back there & put gravy on those, I'm going to charge you for a whole new breakfast.We weren't willing to spend another 1.5 hours waiting for food.Needless to say, husband scraped COLD gravy off of burnt biscuits only to try & choke down these hockey puck monstrosities.I promptly told her we wouldn't be back & she was like "ok, that's.So...it looks like UNCLE JOHNS on Logan in Belvidere will be getting ALL our business.

Headed through on the Interstate and needed a spot for breakfast. Good food, great service.

Just a small town breakfast only place. I have driven past this place for the last 5yrs and said "one of these days". Well one of these days finally got here and I don't know what took me so long. We stopped in after coming home from a trip and wanted something to eat and had breakfast. I need to go back and try many more items on the menu. Today was the 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy which was more than enough for 1 person. Don't shy away from the small paces, they are a diamond in the rough.

This is the best place to get breakfast! I don't care where you usually go! The food is always perfect! No matter what you get. When you try the bacon or the ham it will make you question if you can eat bacon or ham anywhere else but at farm table again because you know it's never as good as when you get it from farm table. The staff is awesome! The food is amazing! Just go!

Was more than pleasantly pleased... Miss Gayle served us an amazing breakfast... Eggs Benedict classic with hollandaise sauce... And a veggie skillet... The food is not at all greasy... The local people very friendly... Pleasant conservative atmosphere... And marking this quaint little spot on my map to return for a summer visit just for a travel about...

Food, service, ambience.They were all excellent. The farmers table café is a little country Café in the small town of Garden Prairie about 3 miles east of Belvedere a nice little drive beautiful scenery through the farmland and a great place to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Plenty of food and excellent service. I had Denver Omelet and hash browns delish. Could free was also very good.

It's so homey, comforting, and delicious. The decor is so cute! The owners are wonderful people and put so much love into this place. You need to check it out! My dad got the cinnamon roll French toast but ate it too fast before I could get a picture. It is very busy on Sundays when we went and I'd assume most days, so we gave them a little patience and they were working as fast as they could. All of our meals came out hot, fresh and quickly. This place is a must try and we will definitely be back!

Great food and service. Glad they are there. They have a good variety of breakfast entrees.
