American Hand Tossed or Rustic Thin Pizza

Our freshly made in house Hand Tossed Pizza is a standard rising crust with a crispy base. Our Thin Crust is a Crispy Base yet is still soft and pliable and has a custom herb blend baked in. We also have a Gluten Free Herb Crust available for $2.00 more in 14".

Sicilian Grandma Style, baked in a stainless steel pan, marinated with olive oil and basil, with a caramelized cheese edge with a dollop of our square fresh tomato sauce applied after the bake. The crust is not super thick and is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. A Single Detroit is cut into 8 pieces and generally serves 1-3. A double is twice as much pizza and twice as many slices. A Triple 3 Times as much, a Quad is four times as much.
