Start with good chips and 2 good sauces. One is the creamy ranch style one. Excellent.We eat here often and explore the menu each time. I like fish tacos sometimes. Tonight I thought that I would try El Patron's version. Good choice. Fish wasn't fried and was tender and moist. Unusual sauce. Red thin and hot. Good match.Busy but not too noisy. Very fast service.
