El Camino Kitchen

Caliente!On a cold Friday night, I found myself at this very extraordinary Mexican style restaurant. It was a decently long wait to get in, but I was about to find out why in good time.Once I finally sat down and ordered from a very enticing menu, I was starting to see what all the hubub was about. That night they were making fresh margaritas and of course I had to order one, and it was superb! Then I was presented with my meal and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken enchiladas dinner and everything was absolutely delicious Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a mouth, so get yourself some El Camino today? (Preferably yesterday, because what are you waiting for??)

Came in here for dinner with family on a Wednesday night, and everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. The restaurant is large with a variety of seating options, and was decorated festively for the Christmas season.Our waitress Bianca was very friendly, accommodating, and very patient with our younger family members ;) I had the Jalapeño Margarita and the Fresh and Light Chicken Bowl and loved both. So much spicy flavor to enjoy! The portion size for the bowl was just right, especially after eating the delicious chips and dip for the table. El Camino is a great place to take the family. Absolutely one of our favorite spots to visit.

The fam went early Christmas shopping and planned to find some where to eat dinner. We looked at their menu while standing in a mile long checkout line at the Nike Outlet and saw they had allergy friendly options so we wanted to give it a try.We arrived around 4:30 PM and it was pretty busy! We were greeted and seated immediately. The table and booth chairs were freshly wiped down. The server came to the table and asked if we wanted to start off w/ some water. She came back with water and chips and salsa (So good, especially the salsa). We asked about the Chips and ingredients / cross contamination. She came back with the manager and asked for the allergens and answered all our questions. She also asked the server to tell her when our food was ready so she can verify.We were in Wisconsin so we had to get Cheese Curds for the appetizer! The crew all ordered tacos: Veggie, Korean, and Barbacoa. I ordered Mushroom Melt. All the tacos come with beans and rice. The Barbacoa was modified due to allergies and came with fruits for the side. I was tld the veggie tacos tasted great and was stuffed. The beef in the Korean tacos perfectly cooked the and sauce was really good and the crunch of the cabbage gave it a nice texture. My mushroom melt was grilled to a nice crisp, and had a nice melt to the melt. The fries that came with the melt were just as crisp as the sandwich. We landed on the shared dessert: The Fried Ice Cream. The bowl the ice cream came with was really good, a sugary cinnamon mix. The cornflakes on the ice cream was chewy.Overall the food was great! The service was even better (especially w/ the care they had for allergies). We would dine here again for sure!

Really enjoyed this place they serve complimentary chips and salsa. the salsa isn't spicy at all i couldn't get enough of it. the steak fajitas were delicious and the fajita bowl was also very tasty. I def will be back when I'll be out in wisc outlet mall. service was fast despite being busy server was good about refilling drinks. Def will be back again soon to try their wraps and fries.

I have loved El Camino, and i have not loved El Camino. What i love: atmosphere, menu selection, drinks. What i don't love:food quality seems to have gone down in last 6 months. Service is so-so. Just not consistent.

Met a friend at El Camino to catch up and we had a great time. The server was very attentive. I ordered the double hamburger and it was great. Everything was nice and I highly recommend the restaurant.

The food was pretty good! The service was great and all the workers were very friendly! Good atmosphere too! Would definitely visit again!

In town visiting in laws and stopped by. Was pleasantly surprised given the menu had various cuisines. I'm usually skeptical since that many items question quality. Hubby got steak tacos seasoned and cooked well. It's always a wild card with steak taco meat if you're going to wind up getting fatty or chewy pieces but each one was quality! I ordered the southwest salad with only romaine sans ice berg. It was fine served it's purpose. Now the cheese curds we're exactly what I had been missing from the Midwest after moving to TX. anywhere outside of MN and WI cheese curds are chopped up mozzarella sticks. These were stretchy and delicious. We got both ranch and marinara. There was not a crumb left over. Drinks- I got I think the boss which had Don Julio and made it spicy and skinny. Instead of the nape so agave they muddled jalepeno. It hit the spot and I ordered 2!Service was awesome. They were closing down for the night so we felt a little rushed to finish our drinks but I get it. It was Saturday night!I would return it back in town!

My brother and sister in law took me here for a lunch out and I enjoyed it. This is one of their favorite places so it was nice to check it out. I loved her server! So sad I didn't get her name, ugh! The place gives ranch vibe and is very open with a lot of seating. Food was yummy and plentiful!
