Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ordered a turkey sausage with cheddar cheese and eggs on a pretzel bagel. Which sounds so basic, but it was delicious. I also added a hash brown, which was my first time having it. The service was awesome, the server was able to help me pick a sandwich, and she also gave me her suggestion. The sandwich was savory and salty. The hash browns gave me cheesy potato vibes. It was so yummy. I would definitely go back to try other menu items.

We have visited this location several times for pickup orders, placed online. Usually things go fine but this time was not great. We tried to place the order online ahead of time like we usually do for a scheduled pickup. However the app placed the order to be ready as soon as possible, and we raced to go get it. We are almost an hour away so the food and coffee drinks sat getting cold for an hour. We tried to call the location multiple times but no one picked up. We tried to update the order online but there was no record of the order. No record in the app, in my account, and no confirmation email. When we got there the employees did not care that no one had answered the phone (they just shrugged) and that the food had been just sitting there for presumably an hour. No one seemed phased we had no receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we will try not to return.

Wish they could open dine in area . Great bagels . Love the lox's sandwich. I want to go there now and pick up the breakfast sandwich. All fresh and delicious .

I love having this in Gurnee! Amazing, fast breakfast! They got my order wrong here today, and fixed the mistake promptly with no issue. Great customer service and delicious food, doesn't get much better!

Not as good as the Libertyville location in my opinion, but still a good option when I'm in the Gurnee area. Good customer service.

I wanted to get coffee to go. There are not any seating options so everything is carry out. For more than 3 dollars, I got an empty cup. When I got rung up, the first thing on the device to pay was the amount of tip I would leave. Why would I tip for an empty cup? After paying for the cup, I was directed to a counter for self-serve coffee, creamer and sweeteners. The lids for the paper cup didn't fit. No one bothered to make sure lids fit the cups. Einstein is a rip-off. Go somewhere else.

Worst service ever. Waited in front of the counter 15 minutes to order which no one took. They are obviously focused only on door dash orders to bother taking orders. Finally left and went to Starbucks instead. Won't be back.

Nice to have some tables back, but the food was not good. Ordered the avocado toast. It had no flavor and a strange texture.
