I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich and also a turkey and veggie sandwich and both my sandwiches didn't have no meat on them. Very upsetting when you get it for a lunch and go to eat your lunch and it's not what you paid for literally 19.00 for veggies and bread!! The service was good but clearly they don't listen or pay attention.

When I asked if their iced coffee was sweetened, the worker said he didn't know. I asked him if he could check, and he said that he wasn't going to do that. If I had listened to my gut, I should have walked out at that moment. I switched to a regular coffee, knowing that wouldn't be sweetened ,but their regular black coffee is hazelnut flavored. Gross.

I wouldn't recommend this Einstein's. Very Poor service. Just go to the one on university, it's worth the small drive and they have excellent service.

We were in town and staying down the street. Spent about 15 minutes and $40 ordering online so everyone got exactly what they wanted. The site even let me know that my pickup time would be fifteen minutes later since we took so long ordering :) My payment went through and I got my confirmation number. Went to pick up the order and THE STORE WAS CLOSED! How is that even possible that the order went through and was confirmed if they aren't open! I will definitely be expecting a refund!

WAS excited to finally have a moment to bring my family of 6 here for breakfast. We walked out, we couldn't eat there, there's still no dinning in. If we wanted to eat in our car we would have drove through McDonald's. Left and went somewhere we could dine in.
