Very unhappy. We order here frequently. I will say that the pizza is always delicious and we love the Rewards program!Yesterday, 2/22/24 I called to place an order. I asked the woman who answered what the special was. She told me the Veggie pizza 16 inch for $15.99. I said, "We'll take that!" I told her that we would prefer green olives instead of green peppers and on only one side. No Problem. My BF Ted went to pick up and when he got home he told me it was $19.10. I called the store right away and the same woman told me that we didn't get the $15.99 special because we ordered one the the halves with no peppers. To get the special we would have had to order another topping on the half I requested no green olives on. Now, this sounds crazy, right? If I would have ordered a different veggie on my side and picked it off, my price would have been $4 less. This woman turned rude and said that's the way it goes! Now, why didn't she tell me as I already said we wanted the special! I just couldn't believe it!! If the owner wants to contact me and make this right I will consider ordering from there again. It's the principle and I will put this out there for all my friends and family. Make sure you check your order and the price before you leave the store! And the woman with all the tattoos needs to not deal with the customers! She was awful.

Best take and bake pizza in Oshkosh! Fresh, great ingredients and the staff is quick to make your order with a smile. Anytime we don't feel like cooking we pick up a pizza from here. On behalf of the subs we got they were good everything was done to what we asked. I don't know if it's common, but I feel the sauce should go on after being toasted. To the service the one who was in charge I feel needs some guidance to customer service skills and possibly not walking around a food establishment with their hands in their pocket and rubbing their face most of the time being there. To me this makes me question the sanitation process.

Such a cute local place! Beyond having terrific take and bake pizzas they support local products by selling them in the store. It's cool to see a local business supporting other local places. You can do some shopping while you wait for your pizza or sub.The pricing is reasonable - a 16" and 12" pizza for $25. The ingredients are very fresh. The crust was thin and crispy but didn't have a ton of flavor. Toppings were fantastic!The service was very good and friendly. It took around 7 minutes to get my pizzas. I really liked this local chain and wished they had locations in Milwaukee!

I give Eatons 2 stars because they do have good food. However, every time I go there they get slower and slower. I just stood there for 30 minutes waiting for 4 subs! But hey at least THIS time they didn't screw up our order. Cant blame it on covid, it was like this before. They used the excuse they were short staffed. Well guess what buttercup? This means you have to move faster! I have worked in the food industry before so your excuses don't mean anything to me. I don't think I have ever seen a staff work so slow before. Needless to say I wont be returning and just ordering from Jimmy Johns because they are FREAKY FAST!

we ordered the Mexican pizza and were super disappointed to find it piled with lettuce before cooking. I called to confirm this is how it was supposed to be cooked because every other Mexican or taco pizza I have had at other establishments- it was on the side. I was assured that it was correct.It was the worst pizza we ever ate! the lettuce was slimy once cooked (which i pretty much assumed would happen). it's too bad because if they just left it off and offered it along with the chips on the side it would have been great. if you order this pizza- definitely ask for the chips and lettuce on the side and add them after you cook it along with some taco sauce, lettuce and fresh tomatoes.
