I will always go to this location over those in Menomonee Falls, Brown Deer, New Berlin, etc... Everyone is so friendly here and I've never had my drink be wrong. Today, they added a little Valentine's Day duck to my drink and it just made my entire day. I have recently started only going to Dunkin in the morning now if I'm around West Bend. Otherwise, I won't frequent the others.

Friendly staff, good and hot breakfast sandwiches. It did take a while to get our breakfast but they were busy on New Years Day around 11. They had a steady mobile order flow as well as the busy drive through, so it was understandable.

I recently went to this new establishment. The staff was friendly. I got a package to go of 10 Jelly Filled Munchkins. I also got a iced coffee. The coffee was good. The Munchkins not so much...very dry and only 1 out of the 10 had right amount of jelly filling. Most had zero jelly in them. You could see hole in side and red from jelly on outside. I would not recommend these munchkins and I will not be purchasing again.

I am a General Manager for Taco Bell, so i completely understand short staffing, i understand accidents happen, and i understand how stressful and hectic rushes can be. However, this is what i cannot understand: I placed a mobile order. I placed an order at starbucks right down the road too so i picked that one up first, and didn't get to Dunkin' until about 8:20 am. The line was long so i didn't get to the speaker until about 8:25 am, which again is fine. I get it. A lady greeted me and i told her i had a mobile order to pick up. She said okay and that i could pull up to the first window. I get to the first window and there was a man there. He asked me if i had an order under a different name and i said no, that i had a mobile order for the name I had given them. he said "for Caitlyn?" i said no, that's not my name. I even showed him proof on my phone that the order was processed for the West Bend location. He then proceeds to tell me that they don't have a mobile order for my name, that it must be my mistake and i should pull up to a parking spot and "figure out what i did wrong". Mind you I had shown him my proof of purchase and I had a bank statement ready to show them as well. I could not believe the customer service I was receiving. I parked and went inside and told the girl at the counter that I had a mobile order I was picking up and gave her my name. She said they didn't have it and she went to the SAME MAN who treated me poorly at the window so he could assist me. I showed these people my proof of purchase again and eventually the situation was handed off to a woman who asked what my order was and I showed her, so she gave me the food that I paid for and I finally was able to leave after a 20 minute ordeal that was supposed to be quick and easy. I don't know about other fast food restaurants, but at Taco Bell we're told that if somebody has a mobile order and it's not showing up in our system, as long as they have proof that they purchased it, have an accurate pick up time, and it's for the same location then we just make the food! Surprise and delight your customers always. This Dunkin failed to do so. Please, do better.

Poor customer service, rude workers, and we won't be back. When making a cappuccino blast, it was made wrong, and the worker refused to believe it or to remake it, stating, "I just made it, and you didn't even try it." It was made incorrectly, and Dunkin Donuts should re-teach how customer service goes.
