Dunkin'

Morning staff very nice and fast. Order an iced macchiato and was offered many didn't flavors which have never been asked before. Appreciated the friendly conversation to start my morning! Keep up the good work!

absolutely horrible survive. the people there have no care in the world what they are serving out to the customers. EVERY single time i get a matcha it is chunky and not mixed well at all, even when i ask them to mix it up more, it's not done correctly. the workers are rude.

Brand new Dunkin store! 09/14/23 5:50AM Drive Thru had excellent service. Today, 09/15/23 6:30AM HORRIBLE service. Younger male working the window/speaker, I had to repeat my simple order 4 times. Small butter pecan latte, medium hot coffee with cream and 2 pumpkin donuts. He couldn't understand that I wanted pumpkin donuts and not pumpkin spice coffee. Also couldn't understand the hot coffee with cream request. At least 4 times of repeating this order to him until it finally was correct on the screen. Pulled to the window and immediately notice the younger male employee had a small white AirPod in one ear and the headset on the other ear. This explains why he couldn't comprehend my order because he most likely had something else playing in his other ear. Prior vehicle had their debit card dropped on the ground causing the driver to have to get out and retrieve it. I paid cash and waited. He handed out the hot coffee by lifting it from the top/lid part (big mistake) causing the lid to pop open some spilling hot coffee on my truck door, my lap and seat. He then uttered "sorry" quickly closing the window and walking away. No receipt of payment, no "let me get you some napkins for the hot coffee spill" NOTHING! Employees should not even have their phones visible let alone an AirPod in their ears! If you were my employee, you would be fired. I understand staffing is hard to find, and our new work ethic generation but come on managers and owners DO BETTER! Sadly I won't recommend this Dunkin location or visit again.
