It's a typical drinking bar. The drink was good, the food not very good, but acceptable for a dive bar. Had a good time and the service was good!

Another cool looking rule Wisconsin bar that has some beer offerings a overall is a pretty good establishment and place to drink this bar had a look of a ship and they had their small grill right behind the bar where one can watch them cook this is about as typical of a stand-alone bar as one will come across in Wisconsin

We seem to end up here when we're up at the lake for girls' weekends. Last weekend we were here for the bags tournament. The weather cooperated so it was held outside. They had a DJ that was the announcer and quite funny. It's mostly locals that frequent this place. The bags tourny gets a little cut throat the drunker the locals get so be aware. Also I heard sometimes bag teams come through so now they draw names for teams which I think is only fair. Fun crowd on a Saturday afternoon. Cheese curds were top notch and service was quick even during the busy games.

It's tricky trying to review this place. On an early Monday evening, five of us walked in with to regulars. There was one patron at the bar. The bartender, The morose Miss M, could not have been more dour, lackluster and emotionless. I dislike false enthusiasm in servers, but a, "Hello. How are you?" Would have been nice. It was like being waited on by Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. When we asked for menus, she plopped them down in front of us. She was not busy or overrun with customers. No excuse. Rude.The burgers and fries were good. The beer, cold. A place with potential if they hire someone who cares to have a job to work the bar, someone who doesn't suck all the joy and happiness out of the room.

This bar is definitely a staple, I've been going to forever and enjoy when I come into town. I'd say every time we go there, we roll deep with at least 15 people. I'd have to say I had the worst experience ever there last night. The bar is packed and I have patience on waiting for a drink. Me and my boyfriend order a round and I close out. Mind you we plan on driving back home and not making a night there. I proceed to buy another round for me and my girlfriend, I'm waiting ten minutes and this young kid squeezes jnfront of me, after I've been waiting and the bartender serves him first after making eye contact with me multiple times. I'm a good tipper and have been in the industry. The guy asks her how many shots he can get for $10 bucks and proceeds to fall all over me. Probably just turned 21 and is not going to tip her. She makes a joke on not serving me first. Didn't find it funny by any means. I already tipped $3 on my last round which was 5.50 and didn't find it necessary after that service. Mind you my boyfriend has ranked about about $30 tab as well with food and drinks. I then proceed to leave and see a gf from high school been ages since I've made contact with her. I decided to buy two shots before leaving. Bartender makes me wait and has a snarl on her face couldn't even be polite. I have manners on saying please and thank you. She tips off just to let you know you've closed out three separate times and we pay a dollar for each transaction and the attitude spread across like fire.I apologized and said I'm sorry some friends I haven't seen her in awhile and did nothing but roll her eyes and made my whole group disinterested in even spending a dime. I just think how unprofessional to say those things to customers and to wreck people's nights.

Pretty impressed with this bar. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and you could tell this was a place of regulars. We stopped for a nightcap and glad we did. Bathrooms very clean and plenty of parking. Big enough inside to bring kids in.
