I'm came here while looking for a restaurant in Janesville to meet my parents at. I loved their menu! The food was incredible. It was so good I didn't take pictures... oops! I got the Seared Tuna bowl and it was delicious. Super fresh and filling. My dad got the duck breast and he practically licked the plate. My mom got the Chicken tenders which she raved about. She said they were hand breaded, which was rare. Our server was lovely. She listened and laughed when my dad made silly jokes which was appreciated. The building is surprising. I never would have expected a restaurant here. It was posh and nicely decorated. Because it's a shared building, the bathroom is in the hallway across the restaurant. It's pretty average, but suitable.

It was a great place to come with my sister while I'm visiting Janesville. The spicy margaritas are spicy, I love that they have an actual kick! my burger was cooked perfectly, as my sister's chicken sandwich was. We absolutely adored the sidewinder fries! We will definitely come back and drinks the next time we visit the area!

Was hoping for a nice place for a quick beer and dinner on a Monday night. Stopped in here and found a warm comfortable place with friendly service, a great beer selection and gourmet food. We started with a crab cake appetizer, which was crispy and delicious. Then I tried the shrimp and grits and my wife had the tuna bowl salad. Both were excellent. We were very pleased with whole experience. Will definitely keep it on our list for a return visit.

We had spent the whole day biking in the area and so we decided to catch an early dinner in town. We checked Yelp and the drafthouse fit the bill. After navigating the construction zone we made it to the host stand. Though it was far from full we were given two unattractive table choices so we opted for the bar which is quite large and uncrowded.The bartenders were helpful and super friendly. We tried a couple of local brews which were good. For dinner I opted for a flatbread, which I rarely ever order. This one with candied bacon, braised onions, mushrooms and garlic creama was very good though the bread was a bit thick and chewy for my taste. My wife ordered the blackened salmon BLT which despite the thinness of the salmon was done medium so it was moist not dry. She really enjoyed her meal. The fries were quite good too.We definitely recommend this downtown establishment,.

Disappointing. The menu is limited. The food did not taste special and was rather expensive. The server was nice but it took a long time get our food. The restaurant was not very busy but the kitchen was slow. There is only one bathroom stall in this restaurant for women and one for me

The food is fabulous!!From my sons chicken tender and fries, to our crab dip.My chef's special was amazing. Filet over au gratin potatoes with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.Hubby had the draft house burger which looked fabulous.Adult son had Wisconsin Mac and cheese.We spent about 150 and it was well worth it.If you like stout- the "This old girl's sticky bun" was great!!!

Came in for a late lunch and ordered an 8 beer flight and we had a burger and their cuban sandwich. They were out of several beers, which was kind of a bummer. But the ones we got were all tasty with the exception of the vanilla variety, which neither of us really cared for. The building itself is beautiful - we'll plan to return in the summer when we can enjoy their nice spot on the river! It was a little loud, but they have tried to mitigate the noise with some acoustic panels between the 2nd floor joists. Hard with a historic building...

Do not go here for brunch. Not many people when we got there maybe 3 full tables and a single guy. Good took nearly an hour to get. We ordered drinks which were good and the brisk spirits were great. When the food finally came out my wife's French toast and potatoes were move and warm and delicious. I ordered the crab cake Benedict which came with no hollandaise sauce (which was like water) to begin with and a side of bacon. Then I tried the tiny bits and pieces of potatoes and they were cold not even close to warm. I asked the server for actual sauce and she said yeah that's weird that it didn't have sauce. Yet you brought it anyways? I received the sauce immediately and attempted to eat the Benedict and it was also cold. The bacon was cold as well. The server took it back and brought it back a few minutes later. They did not make a new one they warmed it in the microwave which is ridiculous to begin with, I then tried the potatoes they were barely warm and the Benedict was still cold. Pretty pitiful for a "fine dining establishment" to just out all their food in the microwave and expect people to pay the prices they are asking. If you were swamped I could understand you might moss something here and there but there was absolutely no one there.

We had a great time at Drafthouse. We stopped in here after axe throwing at papa doc's down the street. I was craving a burger and MAN did I get it. It was pretty quiet for a Friday night but the food was great. Service was a little pushy but mostly friendly. We will definitely be back!
