Greatest assortment of fresh cut meat. Well worth the trip if you want choice and prime meat, the steaks were excellent.

Love to stop over for their summertime Thursday lunch cookouts. Awesome grilled burgers, brats, dogs, chicken & sometime steak sandwiches. Nice friendly staff and a few outside tables to eat at.

5 star for their Sheboygan brat. It's a gas station/ convenience store with a nice assortment of meats, sandwiches and prepared foods.

Where do I begin? We stopped in for a coffee and a pit stop and happened to be there on a holiday sampler day. They had a long table complete with tastings of prime rib, stuffing with turkey gravy, spinach dip, and cookies. The prime rib was insane. I am not usually one to order that particular meat but I'm sold now. This thing was flavor city, incredible house rub, crazy tender, and juicy as hell. The stuffing with turkey/gravy was knock out good. Aside from how awesome the food was the owners were just excellent. Super nice, very accommodating and obviously great products. This isn't like a gas station with a butcher/deli afterthought. This is a kick ass deli/butcher shop that just so happens to be near a place you can get gas (and good donuts/coffee). I can't for next summer because I'll be picking up my brisket and tenderloin and sausages and every other meat under the moon from this crew and blowing my guests dockers off.

Ordered a 11 Ib brisket easily over the phone for pick up. Staff extremely friendly, I greatly appreciated the tips on smoking brisket from one of the butchers. You never experience that anymore, that kind of "customer service" but it was more of a personal service offering helpful tips. Won me over, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I have no idea how I have missed this place for so long! Ordered 15 customized sandwiches for a lunch meeting 2 hours before the meeting. Each sandwich was exceptionally prepared and was packaged separately. The Boars Head meat and toppings were fresh and tasty and there was no skimping on ingredients. A small side salad of your choice was included with the sandwich. There was not a single negative comment from any of the group. Most were too eager to devour the delicious sandwich as opposed to talking. I had a chicken veggie wrap, loaded, with chipotle gourmaise and Smokin' T's hot sauce and a side of Krab salad. It was Awesome. The place is small but clean and organized with a friendly staff. Did I mention the sandwiches were $5.99 including the salad? What a deal. I am not saying that I won't enjoy a Picnic Basket sub from time to time, but I think this may become my new go to sandwich place.
