We were looking for a quick bite and the Mr. is a fan of hot dogs. At $8.95 a dog, it's a pretty good value.I decided to try the Santa Fe, and it was topped with a squeeze of smooth guacamole, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese. Maybe the toppings cooled the hot dog down a bit...I would have preferred it to be warmer, but it was good.Mr. R ordered a chili cheese dog, and he kept talking about how good the chili was. He talked to someone at the stand and found out its homemade. I tried a bite, and I agree it's quite good, with a nice cumin flavor. Next time I would take a pass on the Santa Fe and go straight for the chili dog!

I was craving loaded fries and could not find any at the Night Market. I came into Third Street Market Hall on a mission. Dawg City enticed me with their selection of fries. I got the loaded cheese fries and the polish dog. Loaded fries come with bacon, cheese sauce, scallions, and chipotle sauce. This was a very generous sharing portion. It was presented beautifully loaded but the French fries needed more crisp. The polish dog was good, pretty standard, nothing spectacular. Overall I'm glad I tried Dawg City but the market hall has such a variety that I probably won't be rushing back.

We were staying at the Courtyard by Marriott and the Third Street Market was connected so we decided to check it out. There were a lot of great options, but as soon as my friend saw that Dawg City Hot Dogs had a corn dog on the menu she insisted we stop. We got the corn dog ($7.95) and onion rings ($3.95) and my friend was really happy with the corn dog. It is battered like the kind you get at events and fairs and the onion rings were nice and crispy.Since this is part of Third Street Market there is plenty of seating and if you come with a group everyone can get what they like or order a variety of items to try. We waited for a bit for our food, but it came out hot and the staff were friendly.

Meh...this was just okay if you really want a hot dog. The Chicago dog was pretty standard, but the bun was stale on the bottom, not soft. The onion rings were pretty cold, very salty, and the batter was soft, not crispy.

I love a good hot dog and a good loaded fry situation. The regular loaded fries are so good and a big portion so they are definitely shareable. My friend got the chicken fries and didn't hate them but said the brown sauce wasn't her favorite. No complaints about service or the experience of ordering. I think this place is great for what they offer and I will definitely revisit.

We ordered two dogs, fries, and a Ruben. The kids didn't complain about the dogs but my mom in law's Ruben was super chewy and had lots of gristle (see pic). Maybe it wasn't the greatest idea to get a Ruben at a dog spot. Also the fries were undercooked and the catsup tasted funny...almost like vinegar. But, at least the kids were happy : /

I noticed this spot in the market and they had veggie options so I HAD to try it. They did not disappoint, the prices, the employees and they had so many different variety and options for dogs! I got a little messy but my veggie "brat" dog went very quick. Highly recommend stepping by.

My family and I have become regulars at Dawg City Hot Dogs located inside of the North Avenue Market. From the great food offerings (we go every Friday for their fish fry dinner)to the warm and welcoming customer service and atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Good food, great service. Low ratings are from Karen's and Kens who should find something better to do with their time.

Took 30 minutes to get Philly fries. One of the girls cooking didn't change her gloves at all, even after using the phone and grabbed fries with those same gloves. The food is average, nothing exciting. Employees also aren't very friendly.
