Crumbl - Oshkosh

They're not what everyone hypes them up to be. I've had some very hard cookies and they're supposed to be soft on inside. Then some of the toppings are just awful tasting and the look they don't make like the advertisement of the cookies.

I arrived at 6:20p to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready by 6p. There were three staff members gathered around a table talking and two people placing an order at a kiosk. I was not greeted, and stood at the counter for a while before I finally said "Hi, I have a pick up order." The girl unenthusiastically walked by and chose to make the peoples order ahead of grabbing my order. By this time a good 15 minutes passed by. Then, she asked my name and come to find out one of the staff members was getting off duty and took the three boxes sitting behind the counter (which I thought one might be my pre-order)... nope.Then, at the slowest pace possible the girl begins to make my order. (6 cookies for $27 + $1 for a Birthday sticker) By the time I got into my car it was 6:50p. The saddest part is this was my first experience with Crumble. While placing the order The website asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity, but I will not leave a gratuity unless I'm sure I will get good service. I'm really glad I didn't this time and sadly, this will be my last experience with crumble. With a premium price and bad service you would Think the staff would be more thankful for your business.I did bring to the girl's attention on my way out that the pick up time was listed as 6p on my order. She then blushed, and claimed that the cold cookies with the warm cookies don't do well in the box together, which is why the make every order fresh. I was so disappointed with the excuse I left with the huge lurking question ... what's the point of offer pre-orders for pick up if they'll never have the order ready??
