Crumbl - Greendale

A little on the pricey side but the cookies are delicious. Great place to stop for unique cookies, whether to share or keep to yourself. The order process was really easy and the wait was only a few minutes for the employees to box up the order. Only downside is that there isn't much of a waiting area, so if it's busy, everyone is just kind of crammed into the vestibule area. That said, it was impeccably clean and smelled do good in there. Almost nothing tops the scent of fresh baked goods!

Right from the start of walking in, it was not a good experience. I'm not sure if all locations are this loud, but when you walk in, you are blasted with music and can barely hear the person right in front of you at the cash register. They do have kiosks to self serve, but I couldn't find a way to use it with my gift card. I had been looking forward to trying this place for some time, but was disappointed. The cookies were mediocre at best. They were gooey and seemed undercooked. Not sure if the shell of the cookie is to be a bit crispy, but the cookies were very soft and lacked flavor.If these are how their cookies are supposed to be, it seems they have a liking for some people, but I'm not one of them.

Best cookies ever. I always get the red velvet. Out of this world. And the service is always friendly

I have stopped by a couple times since this location isn't too far from my house. I LOVE the cookies! The variety of flavors every week help keep it interesting and fun! Most of the time I stop in, all the employees are busy making cookies and preparing orders so no one is at the register, it doesn't really bug me since there are two ordering kiosks that customers can use. The cookies are ready fast and the staff is friendly, I occasionally get super fresh cookies, super warm and delicious, and sometimes cookies that are more room temperature. Still great but I love the warm ones :) I can't resist Crumbl.

Crumbl Cookies Banana Bread: I've seen Crumbl all over social media this past year and until my first visit back in August I did not understand the hype (I'm humble enough to admit I can be wrong). Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis and depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing. Lucky for me, one of the hospital floors I cover happened to be indulging in Crumbl and I was fortunate enough to get a piece of the "Banana Bread". Crumbl's official description is that this is a fluffy banana cookie with flavors of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, topped with a cream cheese glaze and a brown sugar streusel. I've heard about some of Crumbl's cookies being uncharacteristically fluffy, but this was the first I've tried from that category. I can't say that it really bothered me. It was fluffy and light especially at the periphery, but towards the center it was still dense, thick, and chewy. The banana flavor trended towards more natural and less artificial, a win in my book. Of course the best parts were the cream cheese glaze and streusel pieces. While not quite as good as their cream cheese frosting, the glaze was still delicious and the streusel pieces added a satisfying crunch. My only complaints is that the glaze could have gone closer to the edges of the cookie and as good as it was, they're still pricey for a cookie. This Crumbl has never been super busy when I've gone. The staff isn't super friendly, but they're quick.

Assistant Manager Erica is fake nice. I learned yesterday (7/18/24) after receiving a fake number that she's only nice to me to avoid getting bad reviews. The time before last when I came, I overheard her and a coworker of hers during their day shift mentioning me as I was leaving the store. Erica refers to me as a "pop up guy". I really don't appreciate that. I am not a "pop up guy". I just like good customer service. If I'm going to spend my money on some cookies that are expensive, I want to at least feel like I'm not wasting my money. I take months off coming here because of the bad service I get from Erica and I always come back and show grace only to get talked about behind my back and get led on with a fake number. I will only come to this location after 4:30pm when I know she's no longer there because I don't like fake good customer service. I really shouldn't come back here at all though to be honest. Erica provides "good" customer service then talks behind my back. That's just like providing bad customer service. I really don't appreciate it.

This store is unpredictable or they don't have reliable staff. I went one morning at about 8:30am and there was only one person working and indicated that no one was there and that I would need to come back later. This actually happened twice so I just been ordering thru the website and picking them up. I figured I was in the area so let me just stop by and get my free cookie for my bday and since that day I haven't really order anything and my bday cookie expired

I'm sorry, unfortunately we cannot sell or add extra toppings to any cookies. We can only remove toppings. Corporate policy. I'm sorry if that wasn't explained better in store.I just wanted to make a comment about customer service at the Greendale store. I was just in, purchased 6 cookies. I did ask the clerk at the front if I could buy extra frosting
