Tasty cookies, if a bit overpriced.I randomly stumbled on this place, its basically in the parking lot of the Target that I frequent. I am barely on social media, so I had never seen the TikTok / Insta / Facebook ads so I kinda went in blind.If you dont already know what their deal is, every week they drop a new flavor lineup. It seems like they typically tend to have a more chocolately cookie, a peanut-ty one, and a few wildcards. I've been there now too many times, my favorites so far have been key lime pie and mint brownie. I also dont think I've ever had a "bad" cookie. I think anyone could find something to like here.

We had cookies for my birthday instead of cake. I haven't been to the other stores in the chain, but this store makes a different set of cookies each week, so new flavors to look forward to! We got a box of six: pineapple frosted, brownie, Kentucky butter, chocolate chip, Twix, and snickerdoodle.The cookies are very soft, which I like. Unfortunately, I found the frosted cookies to be too much, too sweet, but I'm sure I would have loved them as a kid. The pineapple frosting was flavorful and bright, just too sweet for an already sweet and soft cookie. I'd recommend some more textures, like crunch, caramel, or a salt sprinkling for cookies like that. The Kentucky butter cookie was amazing and definitely a cookie I'd seek out again.

Maybe I just don't understand this concept or perhaps I'm not a cookie fanatic. I was all geeked up to try these cookies because I see people coming out of the store barely able to carry the boxes! Everyone looks so happy as they enter and almost entranced as they depart.When I went into the store, I stood staring at the options not sure what to order. There's ice cream AND cookies and they both made my mouth water. The sensory overload had me planning my whole evening around devouring these cookies! Just as I thought I figured out what I wanted a lady came in and jumped in front of me as if I was invisible with my service dog in line. I guess she and her kids were craving really badly for the cookies so I let it go and decided it was a testament of the greatness of the cookies! Now, I was really eager to get my taste of the greatness so I ordered a box instead of just one cookie so I could get a complete sample -- pink sugar, chocolate chip, and a snickerdoodle.I finally got my box from the friendliest server. We laughed as she encouraged me to come back before she even handed me the box. I thought that was funny. I LOVE sugar and if these cookies live up to their reputation, I can walk to this store every day to take this friendly lady up on her invitation! I cradled my box of treasure and drove home. I could barely concentrate. The smell of the warm cookies was driving me crazy!I got home. Sat in my recliner. Served myself a large mug of hot tea and prepared to feast like an old Skool Cookie Monster from Sesame Street!Then, it happened! I was sorely disappointed. The cookies are huge. They are warm. They are crumbly (as their names implies). They, however, aren't fabulous. I thought they were fair but a smaller less doughy cookie would be more my style. I thought, in fact, they were slightly underdone and not quite sweet enough. My cookies tasted very much like flour more than sugar. I was disappointed to say the least.I give them credit for great service! The cookies are warm and that's a novel idea! The cookies are huge! Who wouldn't like that here in America? The cookies are fresh. I guess, it's an acquired taste and I haven't acquired yet. I might try again but I'll only buy one cookie next time. I hope to find one I like. I'll still hold out hope for the ice cream too!

Fresh and warm cookies. The prices are high. The service could be faster, but this is a great place for Ozaukee County. I hope it survives.

I can't get these to take to share at the office because they open at 8. I miss good old fashioned bakeries! :(

Love them! Staff are always friendly! The cookie variety is my favorite part, but I love how fresh everything is!

Good, but sometimes inconsistent flavors / quality. I like that it rotates each week but wish they posted the lineup for next few weeks in advance.

I ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered to a friend. They evidently are delivered by Door Dash. For some reason, the driver could not find the home, perhaps some GPS glitch. Door Dash contacted me and said they would refund their portion of the cost and said I needed to contact Crumbl about the rest. When I contacted the Grafton store, they basically said, not our problem, the cookies left the store. My friend never received the cookies. Crumbl's customer service was terrible. I'll never shop there again and will discourage others particularly from ordering for delivery.

I like coming to crumbles cookies because of the variety of flavors. They didn't have my favorite which is salted caramel cheesecake, but they did have lemon cheesecake and peanut butter today. Fresh out of the oven is the best I don't mind warming in a toaster oven for a minute. Ashley was great at describing the flavors, letting us know what our most popular, and letting us know her favorite. Thank you, Ashley.
