Welcome to Crystal Lake Crumbl Cookie!! Came to check it out with the fam. We were NOT disappointed! Sure prices are a bit steep, almost $5 for one cookie or just over $15 for a pack of four, which was the route we took. There are 6 flavors to choose from, they always have the chocolate chip and the iced pink sugar, but the other 4 flavors apparently change from week to week. We got the dark chocolate chip, pink iced, cookie dough and the peanut butter. You order and pay at their user friendly kiosk and pick your cookies up at the end of the line. Delivered in a trendy, long, slim pink box it weighs a ton! Jumbo, thick fresh baked cookies, we cut them all in quarters so we could sample each. They were all absolutely delish! We will return! These will also make for great gifts or to bring to family and friends at gatherings. Bon appetite!

A little confusing the first time ordering. However not a problem. The cookies are outstanding!!! The service is excellent.

Incredible. I don't even like sweets all that much and I inhaled the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie. Make sure to have something to drink nearby!

I watched a woman drop a cookie and clean it off the floor with a gloved hand then grab a new cookie and put it in a box to give to me without changing her gloves and washing her hands. I called her out and she asked her coworker to grab a new cookie - he was re-stocking something at the time and grabbed my cookie's with his gloved hand without changing them first. Disgusting. Will never be back.

The store and employees are good! I really hate that Crumbl quit making cookies and is concentrating on "cake"... a lot of these are way underbaked and raw inside. Just not sure they are worth the money anymore

The staff I've dealt with has always been very polite, friendly and they work hard to ensure the cookies come out picturesque. Love it!

BUYER BEWARE - there POS system will sometimes charge your card though the transaction won't go through on there end. They won't process the order and tell you it will HOPEFULLY fall off your credit card in 5 days, this has happened before! Sam the franchise owner and Manager of the store knows it happens yet, it's not their issue. I was expected to just trust that the charge would just fall off and that was an acceptable customer service response, even after showing the manager the transaction showing on my end. Call them in 5 days if it doesn't drop them off! Way too much inconvenience for cookies. Horrible service and a horrible reply for something that they have had happen before. First and last time we will ever step foot into this establishment. My daughter left heartbroken, cookie less and with no cookies to bring to her principal for appreciation day. I guess that's how the cookie crumbles... we certainly won't be back. Buyer beware!
