Cousins Subs

Food, service, and timing were all good!Ordered through the app. Waited for 5 minutes behind another car in the drive through. Pulled up to the window, got my sandwiches, and I was on my way. The service from the drive through associate was good! The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. This is a great location to order from!Random note: Cousin's has always had one of the best turkey sandwiches in town. Still true!My two minor complaints are not specific to this location:1. There is only one veggie option - the veggie sub - and it's incredibly boring. They haven't changed this veggie sub for maybe 20 years. It would be nice to have an upgrade or a second or third veggie option. 2. This is true for all locations I've ordered from - if you request mayo on the veggie sub, they never put it on the sandwich. As a result, I add it on when I get home.

Ugh the way I want to love cousins because the garlic bread (when not given stale), is so freakin bomb! Unfortunately I have to emphasize that I want extra lettuce, tomato and onion to get even a normal amount. How?! It's very annoying especially because I don't just want meat on my sandwich. Even STILL. This location gave me the saddest sandwich with hardly any veggies on it. So frustrating because I do go back here and there but meh. Not any more probably.

I've eaten here quite a few times. Food is always great and time after ordering is very little!! Store is very clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly!!

Hadnt been to cousins since I was a kid... tuna is above average for sub shops but really nothing special about the whole sandwich and no signature flavor that makes this sandwich anything better than what I can make at home... they were busy but able to bring my food out is a fairly quick manner except for mixing up the bread I asked for

Absolutely terrible I've gone to this place many times giving them chance after chance and they never get it right. I am officially done with this place. I just ordered a Italian special and a cheesesteak I get home and I got a club and a turkey sub. I cannot wait for this place to get replaced with a Jimmy John's.

Cousins Subs literally always taste great. The only problem I ever have with this restaurant chain is the service. I have tried three different locations and each time you just wait and wait and wait. I understand if they're busy and the subs are made fresh but when you see people standing around and you watch people who order after you get their food quicker you begin to question the process. It's rare to get a thank you as compared to them calling out your number or putting the sandwich on the tray and handing it to you. Nothing is said like enjoy your meal. Thanks for coming in. Sometimes it feels like we are inconveniencing them.

Super disappointed with the quality of the food here today. This would have easily been a one star review had it not been for the friendly customer service of the staff person at the drive thru window. Let me be sure to give credit where it's due. The cheese curds and French fries here are tasty good! As I unwrap my sandwich at home I noticed that the paper that it's wrapped in is soaked, literally soaked. I set the sandwich on my lap briefly and then my jeans got wet too. Look, I got a ham and cheese sandwich so where is all this water coming from?! The sandwich comes with onions and tomatoes and I requested to add cucumbers too. As I look at my sandwich both the tomatoes and cucumbers are old, spoiled and should not be served to customers. Period. The tomatoes were mealy and falling apart. The cucumbers weren't crisp or firm at all anymore, they were beginning to look like pickles. I took the veggies off of my sandwich and threw them out. It's either that staff here don't know what fresh vegetables should look like or they do and they proceed anyway. As a customer if all you are spoiled, old and mealy veggies that I'm just going to throw in the trash just save me the trouble. I'd so much rather that restaurant staff tell me that they don't have the veggies available at the moment over putting old, nasty veggies on sandwiches. Such a letdown. Now I'm short a vegetable serving for the day. Get it together Cousin's.

Ordered the meatball and provolone sub. I picked it up and half a cup of water ran out, the bread was soaking wet and inedible. And inside was lukewarm meatballs with two unmelted thin slices of provolone. Absolutely disgusting. I pointed this out to the manager who just replied that this is the consistency of the marinara. Ok - well try a different one maybe?

i'm giving one star because as good as their food is, they constantly get my order wrong. they always forget things or add things i did not want to my sandwich. it makes me never want to return to this place. get better at reading instructions please, it's really not that hard.

I frequent this location and my order is taken wrong often so when I get to the window I have to correct them, no problem. Today when I had to correct them the girl still got my order wrong so I had to go into the store. The girl cashier asked the cook to remake using the correct cheese. Out comes the "manager" and insinuates that I'm continuously ordering wrong because they have to remake my subs. He then proceeds to ask me how am I ordering it. When I tell him how he says he has "good cashiers so it has to be something I'm not saying" so I go to cashier who normally takes my order and he admits to often messing up. The "manager" then still aggressively tells me it's my fault so when I tell him I would like my $40 back he tells me to get the fuck out of his store and calls me a Bitch. I ended up staying and calling the police because he failed to admit he was wrong and refused my refund. Meanwhile the girl who took the order is laughing while the other two employees are looking bothered because they know this manager is very wrong. He then tells the police officer to tell me not to come back. Very poor customer service, music blasting, and disrespectful MANAGEMENT.
