Corner Club Bar

I had had a nice lunch in the area so I looked around on Yelp for a close cocktail establishment and this place was close so I stopped by. This is another neighborhood bar where everyone knows everyone and it was pretty packed but I got the last stool at the bar. It's got a small U shaped bar and side tabled and that's all I could see from my bar spot, I couldn't see beyond to see what was in back like a pool table etc. I couldn't really talk to the bartenders and ask questions about the place because it was so busy with football was starting soon and everyone anchored in for the game.

This is our first time here and omg what a great townie bar!! The bartender was so attentive and great service!! They have all kinds of beer!

Love this bar! They have awesome bartenders, good prices and it's super CLEAN! I'm huge on that! Always a good time here! They have a beautiful smoking patio! They NEVER close early so I know where I can go where they will always be open. They have snacks and pizza. They do a shake of the day. I participate in football pools. They have a good happy hour starting from 7 AM till 6 PM. There's a pool table dartboard and other games, pulltabs an ATM and a change machine. They open at 7 everyday and Their loaded bloody Mary's kick butt!!! They never run out of anything! Love hanging out here! :)

Ordered Petron and the bartender added water to the shot. I asked what she was doing and she denied it. $7 a shot and you poured water in it????! I have no idea what she was thinking but needless to say i wont be back.

It's a neighborhood bar and better than the previous reviewer gives it credit for. Pretty standard taps and selection. Lots of diversionary games and televisions to watch. A little creepy with the surveillance cameras everywhere. We've all become accustomed to the eye in the sky by the register and maybe one on the door but this place makes a concerted effort to have every corner visible to the CCTV. Maybe it's just me but I can't relax and enjoy myself without feeling like their is some weirdo trying to read my lips and eavesdrop on my conversation. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Was there for about half hour. Bartender wasn't social except to regulars. Felt like I was more a neusence than a customer. Tried to play bar dice but said busy cleaning even though not busy at all so felt unimportant. Overall could have had a better experience
