We have been here a few times over the years and always enjoyed the food, and friendly fast service . This particular morning we stopped off for breakfast on our way out of town. I, as usual, had to take half my meal out. They accommodated me with plastic utensils and napkins for my road trip. I had the ribeye steak with scrambled eggs, hash browns with onion and cheese and sour dough toast. The steak looked a little odd probably Ky because it was thin but it tasted good and was tender. I had enough steak for a sandwich with the sourdough toast, adding some steak sauce, and a third of the steak to eat on its own. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't add salt to their food. Whenever I can add a touch of my own salt to a meal vs the first bite being too salty is a win in my eyes.My husband had the meat skillet with a pancake and eggs over easy. He had me taste his pancake, which was delicious. Sometimes pancakes can be too sweet before adding syrup but this one was just right, nice and fluffy too. He enjoyed his skilled but had asked for habanero how sauce and squirted a bit too much on his skillet. Not enough to burn his mouth but enough to make his nose run. Service was friendly and the food came out fast.I recall having takeout of broasted chicken and have eaten dinners of fish and burgers and had the same experience with great, fast and friendly service and delicious food.

7.14.2024Stopped by around 8 a.m to have breakfast with family while we were visiting! It was 6 of us and service was fast! All the food came out together and our server was great! I ordered the 2 eggs, bacon, pancake with a side of toast, and it was yummy! I ordered my eggs over easy,which can be difficult to get the right cook on, but they were spot on! I believe my boyfriend ordered just pancakes...but honestly I can't remember. Everything was yummy & this restaurant definitely had a cozy/family feel to it. Would recommend! *No pictures as we were having a nice family breakfast and was not going to ruin the moment by whipping out my phone to take pictures--SORRY!*

This was our second visit in a year, and we stopped in today for a late lunch as we enjoyed our previous meal. The service was excellent; while the restaurant was clean, it could use some updating. The booth seating's upholstery was quite cracked, and the women's bathroom had chipped and gouged brick-type flooring. As I am temporarily disabled and wearing a leg brace and using a cane, I'd beg for installation of a "handicapped height" toilet, and a wider stall. Hard to maneuver!!But, the food. I had a delicious patty melt with plenty of fried onions and melted cheese on perfectly grilled rye bread with hot, crispy battered fries. My husband selected the hot turkey sandwich; he said the turkey was on the dry side, but the gravy and mashed potatoes were fine. We both had cups of the chicken dumpling soup, which was good and hot with the right amount of seasoning and plenty of small dumplings. We'll definitely stop in next time we're going through Columbus.

You take a chance when you stop at these little small town diners, this time it paid off. We were seated quickly by a very friendly hostess. The restaurant is clean and bright with plenty of seating. The food is good and the portions are generous, I had an omelet and it was cooked perfectly. My friend had soup and a sandwich and had to take the soup home because the sandwich was so filling this will be a regular stop for us when traveling through that area, I highly recommend, not fancy but good food, a great value and friendly people.

As I get older I am much more selective about where I spend my money. The food here is the best consistently, the service is top notch and the value is unmatched. If your going spend money eating out, this place deserves your money and I promise you will not be disappointed.

We have been coming here, when in the area, for years. The service, cleanliness, and food is great. We have never been disappointed.This time was no different, with one exception...We froze our butts off while we were there. It was in low 70's outside and very overcast, so sun was not a factor. The thermostat outside the ladies room was set at 67°.!!!Way to cold to enjoy a meal.Our food got cold before we could eat half of it!

if I could give no stars I would cubano pork dry B tasteless, probably 2-3 day old pork and gyro was also tasteless! I complained at the checkout and no discount ! stay away from the place!

Family road-trip to Oshkosh. We stopped in here for lunch/dinner. The food was delicious and service was great! Clean and a great variety menu items. We had tostadas, enchiladas roja, nachos with beef and strawberry rhubarb pie, lemon meringue and chocolate pie! They also sell local honey at checkout. A nice place to rest and sit down while traveling. Stop in and eat!
