gave me raw pizza. service was mid. probably not gonna come back. also ice cream was freezer burnt.

Cheese is pricey. Can get better cheese for lower price down the road on 21. Ice cream is Cedar Crest, which is always good.

Was looking for a option to get some fried chicken. Big mistake. It was so over cooked the meat was like jerky. The portion of potato salad was so small that it felt like a ration. Will not be back

Good little place to get food, cheeses and wisconsin trinkets. Staff is friendly and hard workers.

The sign says "American Diner" it is not a diner at all. Ice Cream is good, but the pharmacy in town has better ice cream.

Was a great place, with excellent pizza and a very classy atmosphere. It is a tragedy that it is no longer in business. The bathrooms were so clean you could eat your meal off the seat if you wanted to.

Excellent pizza and love their Friday Fish Fry too. Great variety of yummy appetizers and best of all the deliver!

I usually have good luck when ordering from the cheese house. I live in Omro and like to shop locally. The burgers are never consistent with toppings; sometimes I get cheese on a cheese curd burger; sometimes it's just a plain burger with the cheese curds; sometimes it has cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion plus ketchup and mustard. Tonight (12/31/17) I called to order for deliver at 7:45. I was informed that they are no longer delivering for the night and the kitchen is closed. Their website says they are open 7 days a week with free delivery, hours are 10am-9pm with the kitchen closing at 8:45. Extremely disappointed. The food is fantastic when it is made properly according to the menu.

Super cool nowhere-town kind of place with friendly staff and some solid food! From out of town but the staff were so kind and friendly, treated us like family. Overall experience was great!

Friendly and helpful staff that don't deliver on their promises. I stopped in while on vacation to have some cheese shipped to my mom who lives in California. The owner was so sweet and concerned that the cheese not spend a weekend in some postal truck or warehouse, so wanted to wait 5 days, until Monday, to ship the cheese so it would arrive no later than Friday of the same week. I loved it, but then the cheese never arrived. I made a couple calls to follow-up but apparently only the owner is equipped to know anything about cheese shipments. I did finally get a call back that the owner had shipped the cheese on Tuesday of the next week, so my mom received it on the Monday following, after it had sat in a postal truck or warehouse over the weekend, exactly what I was promised would not happen.I realize there are not many cheese producers/stores anymore in Wisconsin. This was a valuable lesson for me. I'll not try to ship Wisconsin cheese to California any more. Maybe this kind of behavior is why our cows are happier.Don't patronize Colonial Cheese unless you are carrying it home yourself.
