Came to Jackson for an errand and wanted a quick lunch before the rest of the day. Coffeeville is perfect! The ambiance is warm and darling without too much kitsch. The food is excellent. We had the farmers breakfast sandwich and the roast beef hoagie. Homemade Italian wedding soup was tasty. Iced lattes needed nothing added. Only recommendation is to order from the counter if you want options on the food order because not all options are available at the kiosk. For example, I couldn't take off one of the meats on the farmer's sandwich. It was either no meat or both meats. Service was friendly. Place is super clean and it was busy when we were here and there was plenty of seating.

Outstanding coffee, I love the cute cozy wooden interior -- really perfect for a quick stop off the highway. Large parking lot and drive through. So, essentially this locale is ultra convenient no matter if you're in a time crunch or not. The baked goods and cookies are also fantastic. Heavy recommend if in the area.

I'm so torn about leaving this review because we really do want to love this place. It's close to home, it's convenient and has a cozy atmosphere. It's just not dependable. They are constantly changing their menu. They never seem to have the same things, which is tough when you have kids who get excited to come in for one thing and then they don't have it in stock. They have reduced their breakfast sandwiches down to 3, which is "plenty" except they removed some of the better ones and the sauces that taste the best. It's just a shame. Also, the coffee drinks are only "okay." For a place with "coffee" in the title, you expect great! I ordered an eggnog latte today and got just steamed eggnog & milk. Very confused. I just wish it were more dependable. In the past I have ordered "dirty chai" lattes and they are so sweet, you can't taste the espresso at all. The girls who work there try their best and it's not their fault the menu keeps changing, so I figured it'd be better to write it here for the owner to see rather than bug the employees, who have no control over it. We will continue to go because the kids love the muffins and we do love the atmosphere-- I just hope the owner stops reducing the menu. The firecracker sauce was so tasty and the roasted tomatoes, delicious! Bring them back, please! Also, my son loves your blue moon muffins and you never seem to have them anymore. Just a few requests. Thank you.

We stopped and grabbed a cappuccino and chai on the way to the lake. My husband will not stop raving about his cappuccino to the point I need for him to just stop already. The chai was also one of the best I have had. Food looks amazing and many patrons (Saturday mid morning) but did not feel cramped. Gorgeous building felt like a ski lodge. Will be back soon. (Husband just said, I can't wait to go back there). Seriously, this guy is hard to impress.

I can't rate the food because I was not able to order. I used to like going to Coffeeville but they changed the menu. They now have a list of sandwiches for lunch with specific toppings. If you don't want all the toppings, you are allowed to remove any two, but no more than that. Don't even ask about adding toppings and the one with wanted didn't have lettuce on it. The only bright spot was that the server was very pleasant.I'm so sad to have lost one of my favorite lunch spots.

The atmosphere was gorgeous. The food was just ok. The sandwich was better than the soup but was all underwhelming. For $20 for a soup, sandwich and small coffee, you are better off at a chain. Our staff was kind during the ordering process. Would not recommend.

The coffee drinks and the food are both very good. We have never had issues with service. Really happy to have this in Jackson. The only negative is the cost. Prices are kind of high. But for a small business in a small town it is kind of understandable. Fortunately the food and beverage keep us coming back.

I've tried multiple times to like this place. It's a local business and I'd love to support it. I was here two weeks ago, used the tablet to order because the line was so long and had to ask for them to start my order after 20 minutes. They recommended using the mobile order to reduce wait time. I mobile ordered today to reduce the wait time. When I arrived 15 minutes later, as was instructed by the app and email, there wasn't even an employee to ask about my order. It wasn't ready and there was no line. The employee then told me they don't start the orders until you arrive. This causes 2 problems: A) no one to tell that you need the drink started and B) does not save time. The employee didn't apologize or offer to make it right or let me speak with someone, so I turned to yelp. Prices are more expensive than Starbucks, so I might just keep going there instead.

Great food, beverages and ambiance. Will go again. Service was fast. No complaints here!
