Coco Rolls

This establishment is wonderful. The building has nice decor, and it just looks aesthetically pleasing. The service was great, and the workers were kind and energetic. I ordered both the ice cream rolls and boba, and both were OUTSTANDING. The ice cream was cold and fresh, while the boba tasted like heaven. I recommend Coco Rolls 100%.

I've always gone to liquid fusion for boba but I decided to try this place out, and I'm so glad I did! (It is a bit pricey though)The man who took our order was very kind and welcomed us with a smile. I asked if their milk teas contain dairy- he told us that they are made with non-dairy creamer so huge plus for lactose intolerance !We ordered the taro coconut special. It comes with Crystal boba and is topped with whipped cream and marshmallows. amazing!! It was perfectly sweet and tasted amazing!There are so many different flavors and special drinks- will definitely be back for more!

I've been here a few times now and every time, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The shop itself is small but very cute. The teas are great and fresh. The boba is cooked perfectly each time too. The rolled ice cream is absolutely fantastic and so many options! I can't wait to go back.

Quick Take : It's a little on the pricey side for a suburban location, but because it is a pretty unique offering, it's worth a visit.We did a Boba Tea and the Thai Ice Cream.I don't remember which flavor of the tea we chose. The portion was small for the price, and the flavor, though good, wasn't groundbreaking or crave-worthy... otherwise, we probably would've remembered.For the size and price of the ice cream, you could get away with sharing... especially if you upgrade to the egg waffle, which is really expensive at $8.50 before toppings! I had the taro ice cream in a cup, which had a wonderful flavor and went well with the Oreos and coconut I added.The kids got their own flavors of ice cream and couldn't finish it all due to the size, so I helped them. :)The customer service is lacking, as I wish they could have made recommendations or suggestions after my wife asked some questions. If they would show more passion and energy for their offerings, I would be more likely to want to come back.Since their menu is unique and has so many options, we will probably, eventually show up again to try the other offerings. Perhaps then we'll have a better experience and I can update my rating.

Finally decided to try this place and unfortunately the boba ruined it for me. I ordered my go to, Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Overall the actual drink was tasty but boba plays a large part of the drink and the boba on this day was not good. Because it was undercooked, it was hard instead of chewy. So I was spitting out boba balls as I drank. I clearly couldn't enjoy the drink and after paying around $6 for a drink, I felt like I wasted my money. The place itself was simple and clean. They do offer a self service order kiosk. The customer service is eh. Not friendly but not rude. Just not engaging.

Before heading back to the house, my boyfriend and I checked out Coco Rolls, a dessert store that serves bubble tea and Thai rolled ice cream. We ordered via a kiosk. We enjoyed the Honeydew Milk Tea with Nata Jelly, Mango Pomelo Sago with Crystal Boba, and Cinnamon Ice Cream topped with whipped cream, Mini M&M's, and Chocolate Chips.

Good drinks but the drinks are not really cold and couldn't really taste the caramel in the caramel latte bubble tea.

I'm so glad I finally found a good boba place close to home! The staff were so nice and attentive. They had a huge selection of sweets and boba! Def recommend!

My sister introduced me to this place. What a nice little addition for Crystal Lake! They have everything from Thai rolled ice cream, bubble teas, egg waffles, puddings, crepe boxes, and much more. In my opinion, beverages are where they shine. Its not just bubble tea, they have milk cloud tea, cheese tea (try it), fruit tea, tea smoothies, tea lattes...let my thumbs catch their breath. To further elaborate, their teas consist of roasted oolong, assam tea, jasmine green tea, and matcha. Decisions decisions. You truly have the opportunity to change it up and add a unique flare to your non-alcoholic drink game here. Look at some of these flavors; brown sugar milk, mint lime, kumquat lime (delicious), lime passion fruit, cheese, taro, mango...! In addition to a healthy medley of rolled ice cream flavors and waffles, they have even more dessert options of puddings and cake. They have pastic/plexiglass protection and you can order your items on their touch screen kiosk as well as order ahead and pick up to save time.I will surely be back. For now, I can only imagine how refreshing some of these drinks are in the summer.

Mediocre boba milk tea... bad customer service. Asked for our Thai milk tea to be blended and said they couldn't do it... how can you not blend a drink at a boba shop? Yet when they gave us another drink that one was blended. Makes no sense.Ordered taro milk tea that looks and tastes nothing like taro. I think she gave me the wrong drink.Would've given it a 3 if at least the girl at the register was more kind.
