Ordered a Gyro sandwich through Uber eats. I received meat and a piece of pita and half a slice of tomato. Sandwich should have also had onion, feta cheese and sauce. When I called the restaurant they refused to give me a refund. Directed me to Uber eats for my refund. When contacted Uber eats, I was told I'm not eligible for a refund cause they didn't make the food. I'm not mad at Uber. I'm mad at the restaurant cause they won't take blame for making my food wrong.

I used to love chubbys until I ordered a sandwich and fries and my sanswitch had a long black piece of hair in it! When I called to get a refund or something they couldn't/didn't help me! 18$ down the drain as well as I went hungry that night. Manager couldn't even help me! I will never be spending a dime here again!

My recent experience here was short and sweet. I can't speak to their food but I'd give their coffee a thumbs up!My dad and I stopped by the outside drive-thru portion of the restaurant in search of a morning drink. The menu looked really extensive with lots of breakfast items, sandwiches, bagels, and hot dogs. I've yet to try any of it so I'll have to return for that, but in the meantime, I was happy with my iced almond milk latte. The service was quick and social-distancing was practiced by the staff (thank you!). I love the idea of being able to walk up to a window and order, as opposed to needing to enter into a building as this time. If you're out on (a much-needed) walk around this part of town, swing on by and support local!

I came here awhile back and forgot to write about it, this place was amazing, friendly staff that was patient and helped me decide what to get. (I like to explore my options) they did not disappoint, I devoured that with my gf at the time. Nice little spot, I see they have multiple locations, I hope they continue to be a success. Unfortunately I do not have pics, but don't skip out on this place

I just had the cheesesteak at the Summer Fest show - absolute garbage, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! Bun was very cold, steak was extremely bland and thin, and the cheese sauce is basically just nacho cheese sauce, extremely messy and gross, I would not recommend, there's better cheesesteaks out there and better food options at Summer Fest.

This place would be so good if they had it together. They offer so many different options and are located in such a great part of the city. Unfortunately, every experience I've ever had here has been extremely unorganized, slow, and just awkward. The food is pretty good most of the time so I hope they can figure it out eventually.

Ordered take out and got the Philly Cheese Steak with American cheese and the sampler platter. Their menu was huge so it was hard to decide.Barely any cheese or veggies on the overall sandwich, but loaded with tons of meat. Flavor was just ok but we weren't blown away.Sampler platter was tiny for the price. Nothing outstanding either.Though we were super impressed, we weren't disappointed. Would maybe just try other items instead. Also ordering delivery always makes a difference because with a 45 min delivery period, the food gets soggy.

Was in Milwaukee back in 2020. Not the best time to be traveling with lockdowns but it was for family and I needed to be in Milwaukee. Anyway, after an evening flight I arrived by Uber near the neighborhood where my Air B&B was located. I was so hungry and saw Chubby's nearby. Thank god..many businesses were closed because of lockdown but not Chubby's. I decided to forgo the cheesesteak and instead went with the chicken dinner...delicious and huge portions...fries, coleslaw and a roll. I couldn't eat it all, so I took some back to my Air B&B. Interesting side note, when waiting for my order, I heard the histrionic screaming of a loud, large boisterous gentleman. He sounded angry but people were laughing at how over the top he was. Someone later said that it was a notorious local author. Anyone from Milwaukee know who this might be?

Ordered cheeseburger with no ketchup or mustard but both were on burger on top and bottom bun. Bag of fries was half filled and lukewarm. Ordered cheese sticks for the next day to get free delivery. The marinara sauce container was 1/3 full. My total bill before all the fees was $29.24 After was, $ 42.4. Will never order again.I live in Milwaukee not Northbrook, Illinois !!
