What a cute little chocolate joint on Brady! I stopped by in search of speciality, gourmet chocolates that would go nicely with wine and charcuterie for an upcoming event. The owner, Karen, was so pleasant to speak with and helpful in picking out some of the best choices. She travels the world to personally taste and hand-select the finest of chocolates and brings back to Milwaukee the best of the best. The presentation of the shop itself and within each chocolate box is adorable. Oh and the taste... the taste is quality. You can tell fresh ingredients and cacao go into the unique treats. I loved the banana chocolate I sampled on site, and the truffles I took home are to die for. They define "melt in your mouth."In addition to the select chocolates, on offer is also decadent international chocolate bars, cacao cooking items, and delicious nut butters. You bet I left with some for myself. I mean chocolate hazelnut nut butter... how can you not?Clearly I don't spoil myself with craft chocolate enough! *Insert nudge to husband for valentines day idea*

Really fun little pop-up that just came to Brady. The owner does not make the chocolates, but rather finds interesting ones from chocolatiers in various countries and brings them back. I've been there twice and both times she really helped me find some items for people with VERY specific tastes. If you're just looking for classic chocolates, probably not your best bet, but if you want unique and flavorful treats you won't find anywhere else in the city you should give it a shot.

SO rude! I just stopped by to pick up some Valentine's Day gifts for a few girlfriends and the woman working literally opened and shut the door in my face. The sign in the window said "open" so I started to walk in the door and she stopped me, asked if I worked for Yelp, I said no and then she literally shut the door in my face. I'm so disappointed as I live close by and I've been waiting to be able to stop in and pick up some chocolates. Such a bummer, I'm truly shocked! If you're not ready to be open you shouldn't have your open sign habitant in the window! And you could at least say, please come back at a later time.
