Came in from out of town for a wedding. Stopped here for dinner on a Friday night ( fish fry night ) Was told the wait would be over an hour. After seeing the amount of cars in the lot, we followed the lead of the locals and opted to wait for a good dinner. There is a large bar area and we were able to wait for a table at the bar. Prices are more than fair!!! All staff was wonderful from the bar staff to our waitress. The food was delicious and we will certainly return the next time we're in the area.

Easy to pass by, don't! One of my Top 10 Old Fashion, covid level service, good salad bar and a warm environment set the stage for a Wisconsin dinner that. Is worth the time and more!

Where's Waldo? No seriously, where is Waldo, WI??This warm little good ole Wisconsin tradition is the epitome of the Midwest. Owned by the same family for the past 30 years they have a loyal following. At least that is what I was told by an old friendly at the bar.The bar area and dining tables surrounding it was the original building. The banquet space and where the salad bar is were part of the expansion. The lighting is dim, giving away to the hue of the beautiful mahogany colored bar counter. There are little alcoves where you can immerse yourself in conversation or cheer on loudly and proudly around the curvy, oval-shaped bar.We had a catered event and open bar. The beer selection is not fit for you average beer snob. Mostly lawnmower beers with 3 Sheeps Brewing being the closest thing to a micro and no IPAs in sight.Curiously, I ordered a Moscow Mule wondering if the place even carried ginger beer. They do! Gosling's Ginger Beer, non-alcoholic, but nonetheless I shall have. The bartender did have to clarify the recipe with me, but I was glad they did so they didn't use a premix *shudder*. Served in a proper copper mug.Assortments of crackers awaited you at your table, no relish dish though. The salad bar had ample choices of dressing; Italian, Vinegar & Oil, Honey Mustard, French, Ranch, Blue Cheese, and the likes. There were 4 varieties of pasta salad; lightly tossed in Italian dressing, plain mayo based, tuna salad pasta, and ham pasta salad. Some noteworthy items on display were pickled Whitefish and a horseradish cheese spread. We dined on broasted chicken with stuffing, corn, and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken was succulent with flavor transcending down to the bone. It was so perfectly fried that the skin was unnoticeable, as if just the breast or thigh were fried on its own. One of the best tasting, bone-in chicken I've ever tasted. The sides were passable as the mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing tasted instant, the corn likely from a SYSCO can.If you are traveling in the area, hope off of HWY 57 and stop in for a bite.

This is a supper club with a large bar. Emphasis on BAR. The drinks are so good and cheap. The food is supper clubby with a pretty nice salad bar. If you are looking for COVID precautions I would wait as they are not the best with masks but I am obviously ok with that. My husband and I were boring and both got the ribeye sandwich with mushrooms and onions... it was melt in your mouth good. My kids love the salad bar and all the kids meal options. They have a really nice big back room for big groups. My hubby says try the rueben rolls!!

Chrissy's catered a wedding for a friend of mine and they did not provide enough food, although the appropriate amount was ordered and paid for. When confronted about the shortage, the manager said "thank you for calling" and hung up. So horrible!!!

The food was very good but the salad bar is week at best. The service is horrible. Not because it's slow but because they hover like a buzzard waiting to bounce on it's prey! No matter how many times you tell it to go away; it still comes back!No relaxation allowed!

First time back in 30 years and it was too soon. Uneventful food, run down restaurant with none of the niceties you expect from a WI supper club. Prices were extremely high for what you get. I am surprised it consistently busy. Waitress was nice. I'd choose Culver's this place.
