If you order online, I'm not sure they start to cook it until you come and pay? You can't pay with credit card online, sadly that might start the order. Gave them 20 min. to get here for pick up, been here another 20 (so far) for pick up. If you do place an order online, I would follow with a call and pay over the phone, ask wait time, and go from there.Was a two, got the food. Worth the wait. Large portions order way to much! LARGE portions.

Food is delicious, service is questionable. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it.While dropping off my food the driver tried collecting money even though I paid with a card when I called. I informed them the payment already Came out of my account and offered to show my banking transaction, they declined. Later that night they started calling my phone because they lost the receipt and wanted me to pay again. After explaining I already paid the conversation ended. To the next day, another worker starting calling me and threatening to call the cops on me because I didn't pay. After I texted in a picture of my bank transaction proving I paid, the owner replied that they had the receipt all along.Never got an apology just attitude.

I had wanted to try Chinatown Kitchen for a while now. Placed our order from Greenbush, so a 20 miles drive to pick the food up. Order placed via the on-line site (site is done well). Waited a bit, as it said order would be ready 20-30 minutes. Got there about 40 minutes after order was placed, but nothing was ready. Waited another 25 minutes for food...no one else was there or waiting. Lady was screaming at staff most of the time we waited. Took the food home, and was very disappointed. Got 5 diffent dishes, and they all basically tasted the same. Probably the worst Chinese food we've had. We also noticed when we got home we were charged a $1.25 on-line order fee, and another $1.35 handling fee. What's that about? We won't be back.

My girlfriend ordered chow mein. She was given no fried noodles or white rice which is supposed to come with the order. Upon notifying them of the dilemma we were told they couldnt deliver for something so small.Update: Gave them another chance. Once again ordered house special chow mein. Once again did not receive the fried noodles. Explanation given was the front counter was not made aware that they wont get more fried noodles in until Monday. Today is Friday. This means anyone ordering chow mein possibly wont get what they ordered. Very disappointed because their food is good. I dont recommend delivery...

DOES NOT TASTE LIKE ANY REGULAR MEAT. I only had to give them a one star bc I had too it's the lowest rating. MONEY STOLEN AFTER ORDERING HERE! Do Not order here! We ordered here, and mysteriously our debit card number was stolen and thousands of dollars of unauthorized purchases occurred. And I mean THOUSANDS. This was the only place we spent any money with that card outside our usual places, and between working with the bank, and so forth, it is the only place this could have happened. Aside from that the food was not that good, took forever to arrive. Arrived cold, and we orders both general tso chicken and orange chicken, but both orders tasted exactly the same, and neither was labeled. I can bypass the other stuff and just not order here again, but I don't want others to be out in the same boat we are in.
