I used to pass through Slinger around meal time on occasion and would stop at Chinatown for their egg rolls, but it had been a couple of years since I last did. On this visit, I ordered a couple of pork egg rolls and tried their lunch special beef lo mein, which came with pork fried rice. The egg rolls at Chinatown are among the best I've had. They are incredibly fresh tasting and you can visibly see they use real ingredients and don't skimp on the good stuff with excess filler. I regret that I went the last couple of years without going out of my way just for the egg rolls cause they're worth it.The pork fried rice and lo mein noodles and veggies were good, but the beef in the lo mein was very disappointing. I thought the beef was super low quality taste and texture wise and not something I would ever order again. I'd be willing to try the chicken or shrimp lol mein next time instead.

Food is always hot we get it to-go and it is fast. There is a joke that no matter what you order it will be ready in 10 minute and sure enough it is hot and fresh.

Generally they are pretty good. This last item we ordered some Orange Beef which was soggy and really not very good. We ended up tossing it. But, General Tso's chicken is usually. Winner, including this past visit. Wontons were also good. I'm 3 star for this visit, but usually they have been better. I live near them and will still likely go there, but may avoid the Orange Beef.

Came here for take-away on a Friday. Our wait for 2 dinner was 40'minutes. When we got home we discovered our order was wrong and that they forgot to put our rice in with our dinner. It was already late so we decided to just keep what we had been given. The food was terrible. The General Tso's was over fried and was all breading. I doubt there was any actual chicken in most of the pieces. The Hunan chicken was all salt and green peppers. Very disappointing.

We order take out from here at least every couple of weeks. It is close to home, which is good, because the food is always ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Our favorites are the shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mei fun, and beef chow mei fun. We always find the food delicious and dependable. Hands down our favorite Chinese food in the area. This will remain our go to on nights we do not feel like cooking.

Fast friendly service. Typical takeout Chinese place. We love the veggie Lo mein, it includes lots of fresh vegetables. Our go to orders are garlic chicken, veggie lomein, veggie fried rice, sweet and sour chicken (the sauce is always served on the side) and then alternate between a few different chicken entrees. Soups are also great.

So....like most Chinese restaurants, they specialize in....TAKE OUT....yet were closed for the first 3 weeks of quarantine. We tried order tonight at 4:50pm (not exactly close to closing time & at the dinner rush) & their phones were busy. It's only a few minutes from my house soI drove up there. I wait in line 5 minutes until I'm up ready to order. The cashiers response, "oh, we're not taking any order, it's too busy, we might run out of food." To summarize, a restaurant specializing every day of the year for take out, is not taking take out orders because they are too busy around dinner time. It's safe to say this was the last time we will ever try to give them our money which apparently they don't want anyways. Zero out of 5. Don't waste your time.

Don't waste your money on this Chinese food. Had General Tso and it was really bad! The chicken was so hard you couldn't even chew it. They say they make their own sauces well the sauce on my meal tasted like sweet and sour sauce instead of the normal brown sauce that you have on this meal. My husband's meal was also awful. The staff is not friendly either. Go anywhere else.
