China King

First time here! We went to the restaurant to order takeout. Big space with a smaller dining area. No one was there eating but many came in for pick up orders while we were there. We got the pork egg rolls, Mongolian chicken, and chicken with mixed vegetables. Our order only took 20 minutes. Our food had good fresh, flavor. We plan to try more dishes from here in the future!

It seems hard to find good Chinese food today and this place is included. Me and mine ordered and got old or overcooked chicken With the chicken sesame and the chicken with Chinese vegetables vegetables didn't include peapods And was all celery and and it was all celery and bamboo . It seems like there is a chain going on because many Chinese restaurants are using the same pictures and same menu style. Also didn't get fortune cookies.

Best Chinese food we have had since living in San Francisco. Only take out since Covid but if nothing it has only made the food better!

We always have so many questions when we order from here. I'm not sure why, but we are always wanting a million things and asking how we can arrange to get all this food, all while not spending $100. They are always the sweetest and answer all of our questions with grace and don't get frustrated.Their food is yummy, but not anything out of the ordinary for a Chinese restaurant. They only do carry out, so just make note of that, if it's your first time ordering from there.

Wow. This place has made some awesome safe decisions during the pandemic. They have this cool window that makes it no contact. So glad I choose to go here on my way through town. Thank you!

We had our first take out at China King last night. Don't let the exterior of the building or neighboring establishments fool you. When you step inside it is a very clean and quaint restaurant, and had protective barriers for the COVID protocols. The young family that runs it were very nice as well. The take out was great, and ready right on time. The food was still steaming when I opened the package about 10 minutes after picking up when we got home. I had the shrimp egg foo young dinner. It was very reasonably priced and included a large portion of fried rice and egg roll. My daughter got the shrimp lo mein noodles with the same sides. Both were terrific. We will be back for more!

5 stars for a hole-in-the-wall, take-out Chinese place? Oh honey...But this is legit the best Chinese takeout joints around in Dane Co.The smiling young couple work diligently to get your orders right and hot and ready.I always order the Spicy Shrimp which can be kind of sketchy from other establishments but you don't have to worry about that here. The shrimps are huge! 16/20 jumbo sized, deveined and tails off. It's always cooked to perfection, tender but not rubbery.The hot and sour soup has the right consistency and quality ingredients. It even comes with a side of crispy noodles.Come and support this hardworking, cute couple in their business venture! Enjoy some delicious Chinese food while you're at it.

So, you know this type of American Chinese place. Menu board has the generic discolored pictures. School age kiddos are around the place after school doing various stuff to keep busy. I appreciated that my General Tsao's chicken was crispy and hot. It was swimming in too much sauce and the sauce was a little sweeter than I would have liked. But it was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The couple of pieces of broccoli were cooked perfectly. I ate in so I'm guessing it was better than take out.
