China Hut

I just moved into the neighborhood and have been trying many local places. I'm glad I tried China Hut! When I say it's my new favorite Chinese restaurant, it's not just because I live right down the street from them. China Hut is impressive because they use spices, instead of just soy sauce, to season their food. They also use fresh, not frozen, vegetables. And the meat is higher quality than I've seen just about anywhere else. They're the first restaurant that I've ordered Singapore noodles from and they're AMAZING. I particularly enjoy the noodles being "dry," not saucy like lo mein (which I also like). The yellow curry seasoning is perfect, the medium spice doesn't overwhelm the taste of all the other ingredients, and there's at least three different kinds of meat (chicken, pork, shrimp) in the noodles. I've tried other place's Singapore noodles and they're nowhere near as good. The egg rolls seem to be home made and have a unique flavor that's better than the generic machine made egg rolls most other Chinese restaurants but and sell. I'm going to keep going back! Try it and you just might, too!

A hidden gem in our neighborhood!!! New to the Greenfield area and we are exploring restaurants and takeout joints. Well, let me tell you the food here is outstanding! We have ordered 3 times from here and have loved it every time. Hands down this place has the best Hot and Sour soup I've EVER had. Their egg rolls are on point, we believe that they are homemade. The overall quality of the food is impressive. The shrimp fried rice had real, fresh vegetables in it and not frozen ones. The Mongolian bbq pork has huge pieces of pork that were tender and delicious. Their egg foo young was fantastic and the brown gravy has the best flavor. This place will continue to be staple in our household. Highly recommend checking this place out. You will not regret it!!!

I have not eaten food from here in quite some time. I was reading recent reviews and decided to give it another try. This place was very good, then started having multiple issues. There is no dine in available. It is carry out and delivery only. I ordered an egg roll and cashew chicken. The egg roll was a very generous size. It was incredibly flavorful! Fantastic! My cashew chicken was amazing as well. Very good sized pieces of chicken! I do not know if this place changed ownership or just made some changes; however, I was very happy to try it again! I will definitely be ordering from here whenever I want a takeout order! Very impressed!

I'm not opposed to the strip mall restaurant thing because I have had some good food so when I found my self in the area at lunch time I stopped by. The place is take out or delivery only and nothing to look at on the inside except some chairs and the Asian kitsch. The menu has all the usual items and some combination/specials and I opted for the Mandarin Beef lunch special with chicken fried rice and a spring roll.It's a spicy dish and I was asked how hot and I said hot, 9 times out of 10 it's mild. The food was cooked to order and hot which I liked and spicy, she did a great job and listened.The spring roll was the typical lunch special kind and nothing special. The chicken fried rice was tasty and cooked perfect firm and not mushy. The Mandarin Beef was that super tender Asian style beef that I really like in a spicy/thick brown sauce and not the generic sweet kind. The veggies had some crunch left in them which I always appreciate and the Mandarin Beef was pretty good overall.Overall I'm giving four stars because it was a better than average lunch special and the woman actually made it to my spice level, runny nose perfect. I would have no problem stopping here again and my Asian lunch crave was filled.

I don't even know what to say. This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time. I have been ordering food here for 20 years. My last order I place they told me it was gonna be an hour. Wait after two hours of waiting I finally got my food after I called three times to see what was going on, the owners will not turn down any business so they lie to you about the time so they can get your money. By the time we got the food, it was cold, not even lukewarm my husband got the spicy Singapore noodles, and all you could taste, was the powder because they put so much on it, this is the third time something like this has happened in the past year so needless to say we are done they won't even give you a refund. They will just offer to make the food again.

We're back from Seattle, WA. My fiancé used to live here and she takes me back with her. Love the foods. I have visited San Francisco and Southern Cali, this place is among the top. Best Chinese takeout. Love sweet and sour soup, Singapore noodles, orange chicken. Will try some more next time.

I ordered this through Grub Hub, where China Hut gets great reviews so I ordered Singapore Noodles and veggies in a white sauce with rice. Omg, it is delicious and so fresh and medium spicy. So Good!! I will order from here again!!

The food is fantastic! I highly recommend China Hut if you're looking for that 1990's flavor of traditional fried rice! The Singapore noodles are to die for!

Thought I would give it one more shot. Never again, ordered 3 meals for delivery and got only 2. Called and they said they would deliver in 15 mins.....still waiting 30 mins later

I ordered the General Tso's chicken combination with an egg roll and chicken fried rice. When I opened the container I was shocked at how much food there was. It smelled and looked delicious. The egg roll was very good. The chicken was so incredibly overcooked it was all just dried. It was like eating the turkey from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The fried rice was tasty, but I was biting on something small and hard and found out it was a staple. I really wanted to love this food. I may try it again, but get chicken that is not deep fried.
